Green Day - no carbs (after yesterday!)

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, grapes, plum & pear. Alpro plain yogurt (Hex A)

Lunch: SF: cabbage, carrots, onions, peppers, zucchini saute with Free: frylight, added Knorr veg stock pot, soy sauce & lentils.

Snack: Options (2) small bar 72% dark choc (7)

Supper: SF: mixed salad, Soy cheese (Hex B) 1 dsp pumpkin seeds & 1tsp sunflower seeds (Hex B), plums.

Total syns: 11

Water: 2 litres

Walking 60mins

Thanks Jaffa, yes yesterday was an on plan day....scales were up so needed to get to it!!

Today...slept well, woken from a deep sleep at 8am...(don't you just love that?!)swift run down the stairs, my son in-law ringing my number instead of his mum...I think they were at Gatwick, just flown in from Florida! Anyway, went back to sleep for another hour.

Scales down 1/4lb from yesterday but need to deal with about 2lbs more! Hopefully I have time?

Day 5
Green day - carbs - Ryvita minis

Breakfast: Options (2), 1/2 papaya (so reminds me of Cameroon!) banana, grapes and Alpro plain yogurt (Hex A)

Lunch: SF: tray bake - carrots, zucchini, onions, peppers, squash, passata with Free: frylight, 2 sausages.

Snack: Options (2) small bar 72% chocolate (7)

Supper: SF: mixed salad, tuna (HexB)

Total syns: 11

Water 2+ litres

Walking 30 mins

Been a good day, hope I see some results tomorrow? :rolleyes:

:eek: Scales were 1.5 down this morning...takes me to exactly lowest of my target: 10.2. Shall have to be careful...don't want to be £££ at group on Wednesday!

Green day: carbs- potato, minis

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, pear & grapes with Alpro plain yogurt (Hex A)

Lunch: SF: mixed salad, Free: jacket potato, fat free dressing. Feta (part Hex B) 1 dsp each of sunflower & pumpkin seeds (Hex B)

Snack: Options (2) small bar 72% dark chocolate (7)

Supper: minis (Hex B) soya spread cheese (Hex A) grapes.

Total syns: 11

Water: 2 litres

Still raining here and I need to get to the doctor's this morning!
Scales....down 1/2lb...better watch that. Having said that I could be wearing warmer clothes tomorrow and not my usual summer dress and cardi...

Day 7 and last day!

Green day - carbs again for sure.

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, grapes & apple with Alpro plain yogurt.

Snack: nakd bar, 3 'free from' choc chip biscuits

Lunch: jacket potato, 2 sausages, saute onions, peppers, mushrooms, added passata & chopped tomatoes.

Snack: Options (2) small 72% choc bar.

Supper: minis, soya cheese spread, grapes, banana.

Total syns...15+

Water - 2 litres

Walking 90 mins.

Went a little mad with the mid morning snack...I'd had breakfast much earlier to get to the doctors and was basically hungry!!

Not a lot of time tonight and eating wasn't too brilliant today!

Breakfast: (after weigh in) Options, usual chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt.
Snack....don't ask!!
Lunch: jacket potato, 2 slices of (homemade) nut loaf and steamed veggies. (I tend not to eat something like this loaf before weigh in because it's very dense with nuts...good recipe but not really SW friendly.)
Snack: Options, choc
Supper: minis, soya cheese spread, grapes.

Started doing some DIY at 4pm, refitting a wooden curtain pole...dragged on until about 8.30pm! And I hoovered the house...shall sleep well tonight!!
 
I'm with you on the 'no guilt' Jaffa!!

The scales said 10.3 3/4lb....same as yesterday morning so good for me!
Looking forward to seeing my friend today...weather should be fine for our walking and chatting and then some lunch. Last time we had a meal deal, will see what she wants to do or we'll just go into Weatherspoons. Will update later....:p
