Thanks Jaffa, yes yesterday was an on plan day....scales were up so needed to get to it!!
Today...slept well, woken from a deep sleep at 8am...(don't you just love that?!)swift run down the stairs, my son in-law ringing my number instead of his mum...I think they were at Gatwick, just flown in from Florida! Anyway, went back to sleep for another hour.
Scales down 1/4lb from yesterday but need to deal with about 2lbs more! Hopefully I have time?

Green day - carbs - Ryvita minis
Breakfast: Options (2), 1/2 papaya (so reminds me of Cameroon!) banana, grapes and Alpro plain yogurt (Hex A)
Lunch: SF: tray bake - carrots, zucchini, onions, peppers, squash, passata with Free: frylight, 2 sausages.
Snack: Options (2) small bar 72% chocolate (7)
Supper: SF: mixed salad, tuna (HexB)

Walking 30 mins
