Yes you're probably somewhere right but can't say I noticed much mixed in with the tuna...the little pot of sour cream is even smaller than that used to be! Anyway no matter, that was yesterday and the scales were still the same this morning so I'm not complaining!

Scales are being kind to me...down 1lb this morning, so glad I refused that large shortbread biscuit yesterday...nearly caved though! :cool: My husband bought a bag of 4 and I said I'm not eating any until after weigh in! Having said that I have a blood test early Thursday morning so maybe I should wait until after that! I have enough problems with cholesterol levels, well I don't but the doctor does!!

I'm just returning a skirt to M&S. Ordered a size 12....although the waist is fine I'd have a job to walk in it, never mind sit down!! The hip area is like a second skin!!

Yes I saw puffed wheat...used to eat that as a child sometimes but these days because it's 'wheat' it would make my ears really inflamed and itchy! It's an intolerance. It took me years to work out what was causing it...started in 1996 and I finally realised the connection in 2009. Doctors & hospitals thought it was some sort of eczema, their answer was antibiotics for life!!
 
OK today...scales were up 1/4lb...maybe the 4 ryvita yesterday, have to see how I go with the puffed rice today.
