Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

I got problems...was awake a lot in the night with horrible itchy ears, I had it during the day too...4 ryvitas and then the puffed rice cereal yesterday morning was OTT!!!! And worse still it brings my 'system' to a complete standstill until it manages to shift through! Grains are not my friend...I know this, why do I eat them? :sigh:
Needless to say my scales are up today! :mad:

It will be the ryvita rather then the rice as apparently rice is such a low allergen food it is given to all and sundry on restricted diets as it is virtually impossible to get a reaction from
 
Not going to be an exciting food day today...

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, apple & grapes with Alpro plain yogurt HexA
Lunch: small jacket potato, 2 sausages, saute veggies & 1/2 can tomatoes mixed in.
Snack: Options (2) chocolate (7)
Supper: mixed salad, fat free dressing, tuna HexB.

Total syns: 11.

Amazingly the scales were down at home 1 and 1/4lbs this morning making me 10.2! I was weighing everyone in at group today...I weighed 10.2 so lost 1lb from last week! That's my lowest point....

It's my son's 40th birthday today so shall be having some cake when he visits me after work today and then am going to his party Saturday evening...
 
Not counting syns today.

Breakfast at group, chopped fruit & yogurt (no Options as forgot to take mine and none there)
Snack when I got home: 2 shortbread biscuits
Lunch: Indian burger (only one this time!) SW wedges, peas, tom. ketchup.
Snack: Options, small chocolate bar.
Snack when my son came, choc eclair & 2 biscuits.
Supper, minis & grapes.
