Just seen in the new magazine linda McCartney spinach and mushroom burgers 1 syn each but not sure if its just from Tesco

I liked yesterday's lunch so much I made it again today...was easy as I cooked Joseph a chicken paella...real treat for him when he came home from Tai Chi.

Oh forgot to say something I will NOT be doing tonight...
Last Tuesday night...don't ask me why because I NEVER get on the scales at night but I did...10.8!! Boy did I freak myself...hardly slept a wink for worrying about the morning and weigh in!! I couldn't rationalise 3-4lbs disappearing overnight!! But I was 10.4 1/2 by the morning...lesson learnt!! :eek:

I've flicked through the new magazine a few times, as got it last week, but haven't read it thoroughly yet, I also still read the WW magazine, or rather flick through...lol

Did you get your coupons for the SW meals at Iceland at group? I did but haven't seen anything I could eat so probably won't use them.

Been completely off plan since I came home so scales will be off the wall tomorrow!

My day has also gone off plan too!....pork chops cooked with apples and onions and taste the difference potato dauphinois
 
I never weigh at night because the result always makes me feel that all my hard work during the day has been for nothing and then I end up eating something naughty? best to wait until the morning for me.

You're quite right...only did it the once and so frightened myself so don't intend doing that again!! Can't think possessed me? :eek:
