One Year to Yummy Mummy?!

Well we had a great night at bowling last night really enjoyed it was great just to get out more than anything but we had lots of fun :) didn't have anything naughty to eat or drink either - stuck to diet coke as I was driving and resisted when Dave suggested getting a takeaway on the way home!

FRIDAY - GREEN

BREAKFAST
All bran (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA) and banana.

DINNER
Jacket potato with cheese (HEXA) and beans
Mini eggs (7.5 Syns)

TEA
Pasta with garlic and herbs
Activia banoffee snack pot (1 syn)

2 x Weetabix (HEXB)
Drifter (5 Syns)

Total - 13.5 Syns

Week so far 26/30 Syns.
 
SATURDAY - RED

BREAKFAST
All bran (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA) and banana.

DINNER
6 x Ryvita Wholegrain Crackerbread (HEXB) with laughing cow (HEXA)
Mullerlight.

TEA
Beef pepper pot with BNS cubes.

SNACKS
Mini eggs (7.5 Syns)
Easter egg (7 Syns)

Total - 14.5 Syns

Feeling very pleased with myself that I'm enjoying Easter but managing to stay within Syns! Not like me at all normally I'd sit and eat 2 eggs all in one go! Off to a works do tonight (even tho I don't really want to) but sticking to diet cokes and driving again and will be avoiding the buffet! Sunday dinner at dave's mums today but will be SW friendly as his mum and sister are both following it :) have a good Easter everyone!

That's good that they are both doing SW too, it's great you can go to theirs for dinner and you know you can eat it all!

Well I've well and truly lost the plot today! Was really really good until I got in from work around 8.15 and was starving! Thought sod it and got a kebab! :-( and then a packet of munchies and some Easter egg! Feel like I've been pushing myself too hard and it's just got to the stage where all I think about is food and ended up bingeing - think I need to relax a little bit for a while and not be too harsh on myself I need to stick to this for life after all and especially with my birthday next week and a few days/ nights out planned. Oh well suppose i'll face the music with WI in the morning :-/
 
Lost 1.5lbs this week so pleased with that considering its been easter and my little 'snack' last night! Although woken up this morning feeling very dizzy and sick and threw up lots :-( so not doing so well today! Not going to worry too much about the next 2 WIs as its my birthday and Tuesday and got lots planned for next week and next weekend. Got my birthday target so just going to enjoy that for a while and get back 100% on plan after all my outings!
 
Well still not feeling 100% so just about to get tucked up in bed with the hunger games! Not eaten a great deal today but been on plan and given away the last of our Easter eggs to avoid any temptation! Going to be off plan Sunday afternoon, Tuesday and possibly Wednesday so going to try and stick to a few Syns on all my other days to compensate.

Decided to change my target weight a little bit to 10 stone 6lbs as it seems a little more achievable to me and I feel I am starting to feel like I'm getting to where I want to be I am now fitting into size 14 bottoms and 12/14 tops and everyone keeps telling me that I will look too skinny if I go down to 9 stone 10lbs :-/ think it's just because I've always been big so no one can imagine how I'm going to look! 10 stone 6 will still give me a healthy BMI and if I'm not happy when I do get there I will just carry on until I am...

Still haven't eaten a great deal today but haven't had much of an appetite after yesterday - also haven't got much in! But 15 Syns saved altogether so far for my planned off plan days :)
 
Just sat down and worked out meal plans for the next few days and planned my Syns which has left me with 76.5 spare for my few off plan moments! Think i'll be ok with that and hopefully will manage to STS if not manage a small loss :)
 
Well done on your loss this week! I think you can afford to relax a little bit cos like you say you've hit your birthday target, at STS this week would still be great so just relax and enjoy yourself!
 
Well I was a little piggy last night but it was my birthday party lol! Back on plan for today then off to the seaside tomorrow :)
 
Feel well and truly fat and awful :-( totally fallen off the wagon! Had a massive fish n chips at the seaside and now I can't stop got birthday cupcakes that I'm going to end up munching and I just can't get my head out of this mindset. Still got 2 meals out and a night out to have this week should I just start from scratch after then?
 
Ok decided I am going to WI as normal in the morning and start a fresh tomorrow. Night out on Friday but will flexi Syn or save a few Syns tomorrow and choose low Syn drinks. Meal out on Sunday going to control where we go so I can make decent choices. Back on track I need to do this before I fall even further off the wagon. Will no doubt be reporting a gain in the morning but will be focused and ready to start again.
 
OMG managed to STS!! Must be some kind of miracle I really have been a pig these last few days. Totally focused now tho to get back on plan even with the night out tomorrow (my first night out since November can I add?!)
 
Well done for a STS! I think you did the right thing by weighing in this morning and flexi syning for the next few nights out, otherwise I think it gives us a free pass to eat and drink whatever we like and say we'll start again after the weekend or whatever - well that's what I've been known to do in the past lol!

Yeah that's definitely what I would have done! Going to be strict with myself tho, could still catch up with me so got a lot of work to do to try and get a loss next thurs!
 
You will do it no probs, you have great willpower and you're very focused :)
