Poached eggs on toast (1b & 1)

Chicken tikka chiabatta (not sure 14?)
Chicken ceasar baguette again not sure on syns (10 & 1a & 1b)

Shared an Indian with the hubby, I have eaten so much today, feel really guilty but just going to move on.
Syns gazillions....
Burned a few calories as was shopping for over 4 hours.
