Pregnancy without the pounds

Wi day, 1.5 gain..,I could cry. I expected a small gain as not had the best couple of days but 1.5lb!
I'm setting my treadmill bk up later so I can start doing some serious exercise!

I'm so gutted, was going to pop to the shop to get some coconut which I've had a few times the past couple of weeks & really enjoyed, it's not free!!!

I've decided to calorie count this weekend, really fancy a subway for lunch today but don't want to completely blow this week. Then obviously Father's Day tomorrow so we'll be eating out again at some point.
Will be doing lots of walking round town today & will do 250 cals on cross trainer.

Omg I'm so full! I've been such a piggy at subway & had a footlong! I could quite easily go to bed now....
 
Wi day & have no idea how but managed to lose 1/2 lb. :)

Was starting a fresh week today but have totally blown it with endless chunks if toblerone, kit kat crisps & just about to order an Indian!
That 1/2 lb lost will soon be back on.......with interest!

On the plus side we've had a lovely Father's Day!

Fresh week from tomorrow!!!

Boo hoo, gained 2 lb this week. The KFC caught up with me!
Never mind fresh week, my new target is to not gain more than 7lb in the last 12 weeks that I have left! I'm going to up my exercise & eat more super free!

27 weeks & so far gained 25lb!
