Boo hoo, gained 2 lb this week. The KFC caught up with me!
Never mind fresh week, my new target is to not gain more than 7lb in the last 12 weeks that I have left! I'm going to up my exercise & eat more super free!

Oh dear, just been talked into pizza, I hate my hubby, he can literally eat anything & everything & not gain an ounce! My fresh start will begin tomorrow....I'm so crap!!!
