Today is day 7 on plan & I can not stop thinking about food, chocolate especially!! We have a cupboard full of kit kat crunchies & snickers & I don't have any syns left, boo.....I knew it was a bad idea buying them when shopping yesterday. Damn offers. I'm having my hair done at 12 & just had an early lunch so hopefully will take my mind off food for a couple of hours!
 
Defeated......I've just had a kit kat! was so yummy though. We are just about to take the kids to the park so will do a bit of walking this afternoon.
 
Ok I went slightly over syns for the week but all in all I'm happy. Wi this morning shows a 3/4lb gain, which is better than the 2lb weekly gains I've been having. So to date 32 weeks pregnant & have gained 31.5lb.

So got home & was so hungry, I had a ham & cheese s/w & kit kat (1a / 1b & 20)

Then hubby easily talked me into an Indian! Will count all syns & flexi syn today & cut bk the rest of the week!

2 x popudoms, chicken dansak with special rice & small amount of naan (so 25 - hopefully not that many! )

Lots of sys but it leaves me nearly 10 a day for rest of week, should be able to cope with that!

I'm NEVER buying banana chips again, they are about 900 cals for the whole packet & I've almost munched my way through the whole bloody packet! Argh along with the kit kats & crisps, worst day in ages!!!

Off plan again!!!

I've counted cals today & have been really good, had about 1600 but had a power walk on treadmill for 30 mins & did a good hours serious housework...was sweating. Hopefully that's 300 cals or so burned!
It's our 1st year wedding anniversary this weekend & mother in law is having our children...all weekend!! We are staying in a hotel sat night & I'm sure will be consuming lots of nice high syn food over the weekend. Will calorie count this week & get bk on plan from Monday.
 
I'm back, have just over 3 weeks to go. I'm going to try & have a sw week to see how I do. I've currently gained 2st 11lb & would really like to stay around that if not lose a lb or 2!
We can't go shopping until Thursday so will have to manage on what we have in the cupboards!
