B'fast
weetabix, milk with banana (a) and (b)
Lunch - was meant to have speed soup but left it at home!!
Plan = mango and pineapple, 1 apple, 6 x crisp fins, (b) tomato, baby beetroot, celery, quark, 2 new potatoes left over from fri (1) mayo
Dinner
2x quorn chicken fillets with sf veg and new pots, gravy (2)
raw carrot and celery while cooking
