Dinner
2x quorn chicken fillets with sf veg and new pots, gravy (2)
raw carrot and celery while cooking

mushy pea curry with lots of SF and rice - used some smash to thicken as was v runny!!

Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday - we are off to Rome for a long weekend... I have a feeling this may somewhat hinder my last few weeks of 'being good'!!! Hey ho, intend to not go totaly crazy, but would like to at least try some pizza, ice cream and other treats!!! But intend to be sensible each day at breakfast and go from there...

Also have decided when we get back from Rome, I am going to have a week with only measured carbs, even on Green days, as I think the amount of pasta and potatoes does have a negative impact on my losses - so rather than totaly cut them out I am going to have the measured Red day amount even on Green and see if that helps.

Been rather slack of late, been really demotivated by losing and gaining the same 3lbs over and over this year after such a great end to 2011 when I was at my lowest of 10.3lb.

So going to (yet again) get back on it, keep the resolve and in doing so it fills me with hope, that I will never be the weight I was before I started this 'journey', it makes me confident that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet as it has been over a year now and the biggest gain is nothing that a bit of discipline can not fix.
