Proper Food Diary Starting Now!!

Really disappointed with the 1lb gain, I know is not a lot considering where I have come from at 13st but is annoying, only thing I can think is last week I stated having weight watchers bread as one of my HB's - maybe something to do with it, along with increase in syns - obviously. I need to try to rein myself in and have some self control this week.

Going on a hen do this weekend and though I can be sensible with food I know I will be drinking - but we shall see. Also WI will be Friday early morning as heading to hen do straight after work Friday.

The Wraps are from Marks and Spencer - deee-lish!!! And only about £2/3.50 I think!!
 
So weekend was rather out of my control, we were staying in a house in the Middle of the Cotswolds and the bridemaids had done the food shopping - not one thing green or fruit based in sight!!! I had an apple in my bag from Friday and that was about it!!! Dire.

Yesterday traveling back took me just under 6 hours owing to bus replacement services etc so took a cab, a train, a bus, another train, 2 tubes, a train and then my lovely boy picked me up from the station!!! Epic journey, I bought sushi and a super food salad from M&S but when I got in ate chocolate and biscuits, snack a jacks!!!

Grim, but line drawn under it for today.

Weighed myself Friday and was sts, doubt will loose this week after that weekend, but am aiming longer term and thinking about next week.

So weekend went out for Dinner Saturday night with friends and ate sensibly all Saturday and chose steak and salad for dinner so all within plan bar the wine and vodka. Sunday had on plan breakfast, but then ate packed of crisps, chocolate biscuits, chocolate cheese cake and so on... On the plus side Sat eve wore a bandage dress so v tight and didn't need my fat bridget jones pants!!! And peeps that had not seen me in a while were able to tell the weight had gone! Also am thinking I am losing inches still even though sts on scales and jeans bit loser and things that were snug 10 are now a comfy 10... Anyway.

Need to stop the weekend sabotaging!!! Hey ho, another line drawn!!!
