Proper Food Diary Starting Now!!

So not been on here in a while, been using the food diary in myfitnesspal app and writting it in my little notebook, but this week going to post on here I think as been eating too much chocolate/biscuits and generally all things bad!!!

Pleased with my diary for last week, but over the weekend was not on plan owning to various social engagmenets !! New week and should be easier to stick to plan this weekend too.

So this week I am off on a hen do in Ireland on Thursday so while I will try to stick to plan (minus the booze) eating is out of my control as all the meals are included and have been organised by the bridesmaids... so we shall see.

Wow so I haven't been on here in sooo long and it shows... I am getting fat again. Back in the 11's and seriously unhappy about it as I worked so hard to get into the 10's and under!!!
It all starts with they oh semi skimmed milk in tea is fine...one bisucuit will be ok...one piece of cake wont hurt...I may as well have another drink...etc, etc... But to be be fair although not make myself any excuses, I have had a busy social month, my mums 70th birthday celebrations, hen do, birthday parties etc etc...Any way. Slate cleaned and cleared as of today. No more slipping, I can not do it to myself. I need to loose what I have put on other wise I will hate myself and end up back at 13+stone.

Soo.... here goes...

dinner - pasta with salad, some olives (5)

snacks - hifi bar (b) baby belle light (a) bread stick and 1.5 oat cakes - need to check syns

Friday

b'fast - weetabix and skimmed milk (b&a) with apple
2 x satsumas

lunch - lettuce and tomato with mushroom couscous and hard boiled egg, ff yog, red grapefruit

dinner - pasta with cherry tomatoes, philly light (a) and chilli broccoli and cheese a

snack - hifi bar, hot choc (2)

So been in Northern Ireland at my cousins wedding. Now yet again it's back to biz-ness!!!

Tue - 31st

B'fast - weetabix (b&a)

Lunch - mug shot, salad, humous, fruit sticks, apple (3), ff yog

Dinner - mash with quark, lynda mccartney sausages (4) veg, chicken gravy (1)

Snack - 2xbabybelle light, Hifi bar (b), hot choc (2)

Weds

B'fast - weetabix (b&a), red grapefruit

Lunch - chicken fillets, salad, low fat cottage cheese, ff yog with mango pieces, apple

Dinner - hme made fish cakes, salad, potatoes (hb), strawbs and ff yog

Snack - Hifi bar (3), Hot choc (2), 2xbabybelle light (a)

Dinner - gammon steak and veg (all fat removed from gammon), cauliflower bakes with quark, fat free fromage frais and eggs, berries and FF yog

Snack - 1 rich tea (2) and hot choc (2) - sampled few spoons of spag bol

Dinner - SW KFC style mini chicken fillets, salad, 198g new potatoes, mayo (2)

Snack - hot choc (2), rich tea (2), FF yog
