Lost 3lbs over the last week already just by being back on plan and being prepared to make the right choices.

Doing my best Suz, but it was hard at the jubilee party not to have a a few ales, especially as I had to sing for my supper....... Stuck to red and had chicken but I will pay for the beers......

Stayed the same, 12'13, which is brilliant considering the jubilee celebrations etc. I took a sneaky peak on the Tuesday and it was 5lb higher!

L. So much running around not prepared, (mrs is away with youngest all weekend at regional tetrathlon, representing Southern England) so had breakfast again .

Bottle of equator non alcoholic watching the rugby, eeugh. 2 bananas, 4 chocolates, 12 syns?

Well done on your sts Quins. I'm always having sneaky peeks of the scales, sometimes I'll get weighed about 5/6 or so times a day! I know I shouldn't but it keeps me happy - and focused. I'm looking on track for a possible sts or +1lb, I'll do my usual Monday morning at home weigh in tomorrow but won't be able to weigh at group tomorrow night as I'm at work. Usually if I can't make a Monday night weigh in I'll go to a nearby Tues or Wed morning one but can't do that this week either as I'm at work Tues & Wed aswell - never mind, as long as I'm good I should be ok. I'm loving that you've had 2x breakfasts, haha.
 
Thanks suzyflo, I was chuffed with the sts! I have just weighed a slice of emmental , it's only 11gms, well good.

Didn't have a manic day today, actually managed to do something for myself, got my bike it and did a little 18 miler to get my bum saddle fit. Included a cheeky cafe stop for a lovely americano too. Top enjoyment......sad but I do miss my own sports activities........

Another green day

B. 2 egg omlette , spring onions, 2 Quorn sausages chopped all in a wm pitta from co op hex b, a slice of emmental. Made the omlette in the microwave at work, pieced it together and made my work mates jealous!

L. More leftover curry in a hurry with rice

D. Sneaked some home made turkey pie, 10 syns, Quorn mince chili on spaghetti! Spag chil? How mixed up is that?

Some stewed apple all in the name of keeping my mum happy because she had a freezer disaster.... 5 syns?

Got back starving, made wrong choice, couldnt reset the home made lasagna my daughter made, no white sauce so it was lower syns, about 15

19 syns. Way too many syns this week. I feel that 3lb loss being reversed this week.

Muller lite mint choc sprinkle yoghurt , banana, apple , 1 teaspoon peanut butter, choc spread, 4 syns

Did 12 miles on bike, 30 miles this week.
