Re-starting for the final time, this is it!!!!

Thanks for all your advice girls, always appreciated. I am the same when it comes to eating as much as you want :( but i am learning to be strict with myself, especially with things like pasta. My downfall would be mash potato (using mayonnaise, extra light of course and obviously i would prefer butter :p!!) i just love it!!

Was sat here this morning wondering what i could do for spaghetti bolognese as we all love it, and being on the xenical i cant have the mince, so i came up with the idea of doing a veggy version and it was yummy even my son enjoyed it!! I used spinach, onions, mushrooms and courgette in your basic pasta sauce i do sometimes make my own, i will definitely be doing this again. Also have to report that i really limited my pasta, very pleased with myself with that. I made sure i gave everyone else theirs first!! Pudding was strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and grapes with a small bit of oats and honey cereal and muller light lemon greek fat free yogurt, mmmmm very tasty :D

Made a leek, potato and courgette soup for tomorrow, love a homemade soup!! My father in law is growing courgettes so this is why i am using them so much lol, he keeps giving them to me!!

I have tried the quorn, i used to like it but not so keen on it now!! Dont have a sainsburys here, but maybe tesco do one!!

On a saturday evening myself and my hubby always used to have crisps and dip, so i have now found a replacement, melt extra light philadelphia in the microwave and add some chili sauce, goes nice with melba toast!! Satisfies another one of my cravings :D Happy days lol
 
omg feel so bloated and horrible tonight :( i know this is normal when you start the xenical but i wish it would just go!! Also got totm coming this week, so feel double urgh!!

Feeling pretty down about my weight tonight, to be honest i dont even know what i weigh i am just roughly guessing, as embarrassingly me wii wont weigh me as i am too heavy :eek::cry:so ashamed of myself, its took me the last few days to pluck up the courage and admit this to you all and me i guess :'(
 
Rachel don't be embarrassed. Could you not go to boots or somewhere and get a proper weight so you know exactly and have something to measure against? It will be awful to face it but more motivation as you can see what you lose each week xx

There is a scales in town, but thats half an hour away and i dont drive, so not easy for me to get there. I dont think our local chemist has scales in there, actually i think they used to but they were out where everyone could see and i hate that.

Thanks Sarah B, i will have a look and maybe do an online shop!!

Still feel bloated this morning, urgh!! Time to up the water intake i think!!

You could get your own scales hun. Salter do really good ones. I found mine on ebay for £20 or so and they're great.

Can you not get the nurse at your Drs surgery to weigh you? Most surgeries offer a weight clinic as its in their interests to help their patients lose weight.

Also Tesco stores tend to have sets of scales near the toilets.

I agree though you do need to weigh in, keeps you motivated & accountable xx
 
But I don't see that they would refuse to weigh you Honey, it's in their best interests after all..... If not then supermarket or Boots it is x
 
well feeling happy tonight, my neighbour has let me use her treadmill as she is moving into her mums house so has no room for it, so its mine for now. So i did 20 minutes on it which worked out 1 mile, which is a good start!! Feel great after it now.

Better than i was feeling this morning, i had a panic attack so felt awful, it scares me so much. I wish it would go away.

Diet wise had a good day, found bacon medallions today, and because i love me bacon i was made up :) so that was breakfast on brown bread, soup and bread for lunch, then chicken and veg stir fry with noodles for tea. Now having my evening snack of fruit!!

Sounds like a great day honey, I have bacon for breakfast a few times a week cos I find it fills me better if I have protein for breakfast. Xx
 
oh more good news xenical is back in stock here now :woohoo: lol. so got it today even though i had some left over, this way i should always have some in stock.

I am soo excited with this treadmill i have always wanted one, i know its only on loan and will have to give it back some day, but hopefully by then i wont need it :D only thing is its taking a lot of room up in my living room, maybe i will just have to get rid of the couch :D

I have noticed i stay fuller for long if i have my bacon in a morning, when i have cereal i seem to feel hungry after it for some reason!! I am going to look at ready brek, anyone know if its in the rules, thinking about it i have a feeling it isnt :(
