I have noticed i stay fuller for long if i have my bacon in a morning, when i have cereal i seem to feel hungry after it for some reason!! I am going to look at ready brek, anyone know if its in the rules, thinking about it i have a feeling it isnt
Sounds like you had a very good day food wise, and what a great idea to look after someone's treadmill!! The couch has to GO!!
There has been loads of info about having protein for breakfast keeping you fuller for longer . I some times have a 2 egg omelette, with some bacon medallions and tomatoes cooked with fry light cooking spray. Comes to less than 300 cals
The porridge is over by a little bit 8g per 100gs from memory - I didn't have any tango issues with it when I eat it and have a xen tablet. But I like to make my porridge from real oats rather than instant as then I control the amount of added extras and sugar etc - but each to their own
