feeling grumpy this morning, my weight has gone up by 1lb since friday, why why why?!!! thats what i get for weighing in before tomorrows official weigh in!! was hoping for a better weigh in this week, i must be doing something wrong, my losses have never been slow like this before!!

maybe your right, i know i should be happy with what i am losing its all better off than on no matter how little it is.

Have decided low carb isnt going to be for me, i just cant do it. I love my bread too much i just cant be bothered worrying about it, have enough with thinking about the fat and calories. Dont need to add the stress lol!! I will do my best to not go over my limit or maybe even get near it, but thats as far as i am going with it!!

not happy today, found out that xenical isnt going to be available on the medical card scheme that they have here, on this i only have to pay 50 cent for it. Can still get it on prescription but will have to pay 77 euro for it!!!! No way i could afford that, if it was 30 maybe, but not 77, i have a month and 3 weeks worth left then that will be it unless they lower the price dramatically!! So not fair!!
