Ronnies Diary feeling poorly want a hug

Hi hun
Well done on loosing 3lb this week thats great.
 
Went out for team lunch today and have finally realised the my crohns disease really hates red meat have been poorly after my lunch so when i am out tomorrow night for xmas do gonna stick to fish.......

on the plus side i spoke to specialist re my liver function tests that i moaned about the other day in a separate thread and have to have blood tests every month to ensure no inflamation lol - maybe they should put me down i am falling apart

Just been reading thru your diary Ronnie and I see you have Crohn's Disease - me too! I'm fairly new to SW but I have been writing everything I eat and drink down and also any symptoms. Am hoping that I can see a "trend" and be able to pin point what food doesn't agree with me. Since starting SW I can honestly say that my health is improving - I do have more green days than red so probably something to do with that! Well done on your weight loss to date - your diary makes a great read and has given me some meal ideas! Have a good weekend, take care,Mary x

What i have found is that well i now do ee but before that i did lots of green as too much meat and i would be in a world of pain. i have previously had stomach surgery 12 years ago and just want to do my hardest to stay out of hospital. i eat far more healthier than i ever did before and hope to keep my crohns in remission.

b - 42g crunchybran and milk a & b
l - cross and blackwell tomato pasta and sauce made with water with 2 mini babybel 6 syns
d - beef stew with lots of veg.

snacks - 2 bananas, plum, and prob a lot more fruit

dinner - pork chop, mash made with 2 laughing cow light 3 syns and gravy 1.5syns

well have not written in my diary for a couple of days think i have managed to either lose or sts this week will know tomorrow for sure. i will still have my thursday treat either way have already decided lol

fish (batter removed,) half portion of chips (from large portion)13 syns and some beans or gravy not sure yet. mmmmm can't wait mmmmm

feel really good about myself at moment, bought a couple of size 16 trousers off a girl from work and today she bought the matching skirts into work so got them from her too. so 4 pieces of clothing for 12 how good is that lolq
 
Lol, I'm hearing you on the Thursday night treat. I've already found the takeaway menu, it's rather tragic. Well done on your loss last week and I'm sure you'll do well this week! :D
 
well in work early this morning was v tempted to walk into mcdonalds for breakkie but managed to walk straight past and am now tucking into my cereal, skimmed milk and banana how virtuous am i!!!!
 
well lost 1lb this week so chuffed, also stuffed as had my treat today of chips and fish from chippy mmmmm
back to it tomorrow lol

yours dont look too bad sarah, i am seriously missing my oven, looking at prob getting new kitchen in the next couple of weeks. my sw consultant has offered to lend me a slow cooker so days will be pub lunch or something and dinner will be low fat super noodles done in microwave or couscous and tuna.......
