After a week of eating out - too much bread, cakes and crisp (seem to have had more of these than proper food), I am back on plan. I feel so bloated and fat.
Breakfast - 30 gr cereal (HEXB), Milk (HEXA), banana, Black tea
Snack - banana, Black tea
Lunch - Massive chicken sald with balsamic vinegar - Lettuce, cherry tomato, White cabbage, cucumber, carrot, sweetcorn, Black tea
Snack - pineapple, clementine, velvet crunch, Black coffee
Dinner - Beef/lamb stew with lot of Red/White onions, potato (HEXB), Red pepper, carrot, tomato, mushroom,mint, garlic, oil (3 syns), Black tea
Snack - Lettuce, cucumber, salmon, Black tea, French fries (4 syns)
Summary:
Superfree: Banana, pineapple, clementine, lettuce, carrot, cherry tomato, White cabbage, onion, Red pepper, mint, garlic, mushroom (12)

Body magic - 1/2 mile walk. Could not do more due to heavy rain and strong winds. It has been raining heavily non-stop since last night

Positives:
1. Planning to be on plan until Christmas Eve - then back on plan straight away on boxing day
2. Although I have eaten loads today, mainly was superfree - I will reduce portions gradually
3. Ate well and on plan
4. Few times during the day, I was tempted to give up - mainly due to miserable rainy day and being bored stuck at home. Had to remind myself that I have worked hard to get the weight off and do not want to go back being overweight - that seemed to do the trick
5. Plan to stock up on fruit & veg tomorrow
6. So glad to be off work for a couple of days so I can catch up with friends and do a few things around the house
