Sandra's maintenance diary.....

It's actually better when I'm up, it's just in bed that it's agony. I'm going to try and stay up, hopefully that'll make me sleep better later......

Not looking forward to another of those injections.....I am such a coward!

Oh dear :( hope you can get sorted soon xx

I'll be fine, still got loads of drugs left over.......don't really like taking them but needs must!

Hey Sandra...just poking around and thought i say hello as it has been a long time. How are you doing, hun?I hope not in too much pain today.had a quick read on your diary.....I have not been on LT lately. i'm finding it very difficult to stick with it...everyday is a challange....anyway enough about me....how is WW going?

Hi, how're you doing? Just had my breakfast/lunch and a pill so I'm fine! Ww is a pain, stopped counting last week as it was making me think about food too much.....weighed myself this morning and have stayed the same:sigh: I still want to lose about half a stone.....thinking about taking more drastic measures next week as Paul is away skiing, might do tfr for breakfast and lunch and see what happens!

Are you maintaining ok? It's a challenge eating innit?!

Stayed the same.......

Forgot to mention earlier......weighed myself this morning and have stayed the same, pretty much what I expected so not too bothered!

Today's food

B/L 2 soft boiled eggs and 2 slices thick white toast with elf spread, muller light yogurt. Got up late so I had a combined brekkie and lunch and my favourite comfort food, boiled eggs! Kitkat
D lamb leg steak, rosemary potatoes, carrots, broccoli and creamed spinach, minty gravy if I can be bothered to go out and get some! Edit...couldn't be bothered to get off the sofa! Creme caramel
Hot choc and a pear

Thanks Mary. I do feel a lot better today. Took 2 nytol, to be sure:D and went to bed, woke up for a pee but fell straight back to sleep. I feel a bit groggy this morning but physio isn't until 10 and I've got a massage after that so will probably go back to sleep!

I've come to the conclusion that sleep in the answer to everything.......but I've never been a good sleeper. Paul goes to bed at 11, is asleep within 5 mins and rarely wakes in the night. I hate him sometimes when I'm lying there tossing and turning :sigh:

Well done on your maintenance Sandra. Day 1 TFR for me; so some way to go before I get to maintenance land! Thanks for your encouraging post over on my Trimlees diary thread. Keep the weight off!

Thanks sweetheart......you're a tiny bit lighter than I was at the start but stick with it and you'll be joining us here before you know it! X

Glad you're feeling better. You're right about sleep. I think you can cope with just about anything if you're able to get your full quota! xx

Had a good physio session and a wonderful massage.......ooooo if only I was 20 years younger.......

Anyway, today's food.....

B branflakes and milk, vitamin C drink
L 2 slices toast and half a tin of ww baked beans, 2 finger kitkat, a pear
Snack.......oh dear 6 choccie biscuits, no excuse, they were there and I WANTED them.....
D fish pie, carrots and brussel sprouts

Ok so why did I eat the biscuits? No idea..... I was exhausted from physio, the packet was open and half eaten so I thought bu88er it and finished them off. Will have to tell Paul that they went soft so I binned them! There are no more packets lying around and for some reason I can control myself with kitkats, but not French chocolate petit beurre......I wish you could all try them! I will not be buying them again, ever.....

Hey missy, don't lie about the biscuits to hubby!! :p Can we buy the french ones over here? I know some supermarkets stock some foreign stuff dont they. Infact, do we even want to go down that road if theyre that nice?! LOL

Glad you feel great after your physio & massage xxx

If you mean these ...

... or similar - we CAN get them here!! ;)

You can lie to Paul about them ... slippery slope though that may be ... but you can't lie to youself and YOU'RE the only one who needs to get it right ;)

Glad you enjoyed your massage ... but what do you need to be 20 years younger for exactly??? RUBBISH!!! ;) :p xxxx

Very similar Jan, but I buy supermarket own brand milk choc ones......delicious.......and I hope that I can't get them here! Not worried about them really, they're gone, I don't need them in my life!

Mark who does my massages is in his 20's and just my type......if I was 20 years younger I'd have had him on the massage table rather than the other way round! And I wouldn't be wearing my Bridget Jones style gym knickers either!

Massage worked though, went to bed at 11 and slept right through until 7.45am best nights sleep for months. Think I'll have a massage every week as it's gotten rid of all the aches and pains.....apparently all my bits and pieces are out of alignment and I need to take up pilates.

Feeling good today so had a good workout at the gym. Having an introductory session to Pilates tomorrow, never tried it before but got talking to a couple of the instructors and my gym does three sessions a week.....really looking forward to it.

Today's food.....

B Branflakes and milk, vitamin C drink
L the remainder of last nights fish pie, muller light yogurt
Snack 2 finger kitkat
D melon and parma ham, small fillet steak, 'Diane' sauce from Marks, chips and peas

Intending to do tfr from Sunday, I've just looked and I've got about 6 days worth of Exante, interested to know what the scales will do? Also if I can hack it:eek:

Well if it give me a body like yours I'll be well chuffed:D

Ditto! Lol

Good luck with the TFR. I must look into this Exante. Don't know anything about it other than it appears to be cheaper than LP ... May be option for future... X

Dont you just hate men when they are sleeping within a few minutes, I am exactly the same, takes ages to fall asleep and within 5 minutes, Phill is snoring.

Glad you got a better sleep last night Sandra :D
