Lunch: Chicken breast with 1 tbspn of sweet chilli sauce (2) and some fresh pineapple chunks.
Dinner: 4 Sainsburys BGTY cumberland sausages (2) with mixed vegetables and 1 tbspn of EL mayo (0.5)
Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (B) and a packet of velvet crunch crisps (4)
