Thursday 17th June 2010 (EE)

Breakfast: 1 pear , WW yoghurt and 2 slices of Nimble (B) filled with roast chicken.

Lunch: 1 apple, 1 pear and some Low fat supernoodles mixed with sweetcorn.

Dinner: Spaghetti Carbonara - spaghetti pasta, mushrooms, EL bacon, quark, 1 egg and 1 tbspn of grated parmasan (1.5)

Snacks: Kitkat (5.5)

Total Syns: 7

Friday 18th June 2010 (EE)

Breakfast: 2 Alpen Light Bars (B) and 1/2 punnet of strawberries.

Lunch: Tesco Prawn and Tuna Sushi (1.5), Hartleys Jelly Pot (0.5) and 1/2 punnet of strawberries.

Dinner: Spag Bowl - Pasta, Passata, Onions, Mushrooms, OXO cubes, EL Minced Steak, Salt and Pepper.


Snacks: Soda Bread and butter (10?)

Saturday 19th June 2010 (Green)

Breakfast: 1 poached egg, 3 quorn sausages and 1/2 can of baked beans.

Lunch: Batchelors Low Fat Supernoodles, 1 Hifi Bar (B) and a pear.

Dinner: Plain boiled rice and 1/2 can of Asda Smartprice Chilli Con Carne (0.5)

Snacks: Hifi Bar (B)

Total Syns: 0.5

Sunday 20th June 2010 (EE)

Breakfast:WW yoghurt and an apple.

Lunch: BBQ - 2 morrisons eat smart sausages (1), 2 SW burgers, chicken, twiglets (4), EL mayo (0.5), spring onions, cherry tomatos, cucumber, dip (2) and strawberries.

Dinner:

Snacks: Hifi Bar (B), chocolate buttons (5)

Total Syns: 12.5

Monday 21st June 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: 2 Morrisons Eat Smart Sausages (1)

Lunch: 2 slices of Nimble (B) with left over BBQ roast chicken.

Dinner: Steak (fat removed) with mixed vegetables and tomato sauce (2).

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars(B) and 28g of Coco Pops (5.5) with skimmed milk (A)

Total Syns: 8.5
 
Tuesday 22nd June 2010 (Green)

Breakfast: WW Recipe Yoghurt and 2 Alpen Light Bars (B)

Lunch: Thai Mugshot (0.5) and Low Fat Supernoodles.

Dinner: Pasta mixed with 1/2 can of Asda Smartprice Chilli Cone Carne (0.5) , 1/2 can of baked beans and extra onions.

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars(B), pickled onions and a curlywurly (6)

Total Syns: 7

Breakfast:WW Recipe Yoghurt and 1/2 punnet of strawberries.

Lunch: 2 slices of Nimble (B) with EL bacon , tomato sauce (1) and a WW Recipe Yoghurt.

Dinner: 1 EL pork loin, EL bacon, 1 poached egg and mixed vegetables.

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars(B) and a packet of Snack a Jacks (5.5)

Total Syns: 6.5

Breakfast: 4 original ryvitas (b) with Asda GFY natural cottage cheese.

Lunch: Low fat supernoodles.

Dinner: Boiled rice mixed with sweetcorn and quorn mixed with 1/2 sachet of blue dragon black bean sauce (3)

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars(B)

Friday was an off-plan day due to copious amounts of crisps, chocolate and fish and chips! Starting (once again) today with a red day.

Saturday 26th June 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: 1 apple.

Lunch: An apple and 2 slices of Nimble (B) with cooked chicken and lettuce.

Dinner: Mixed veg (carrots, cauliflower and broccoli) with 4 morrisons eat smart pork sausages (2) with tomato sauce (1) and EL mayo (0.5)

Snacks: 28g of Oat So Simple (B) made with skimmed milk (A) and sweetener.

Total Syns: 3.5

Breakfast: 1 apple, WW recipe yoghurt and 2 alpen light bars (b)

Lunch: Jacket potato with baked beans, lettuce, onions, tomato and cucumber. 1 necterine and 1 banana.

Dinner: Pasta mixed with onions, mushrooms, sweetcorn and cherry tomatos.

Snacks: 2 Alpen light bars (B)

Lunch: Mugshot

Dinner: Spag Bowl - Pasta, passata, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatos.

Snacks: Kitkat (5.5) and ice cream (10)

HEXA - Skimmed Milk

Been an emotional day today, found out my 16-year-old cat has a tumor the size of an orange and only has a couple of months to live :( very upsetting. Not using this as lack of food and proper eating but I dont think it's helped today.

Thanks Claire. Yeah, Pru is like my baby/stroppy teenager and i'm going to be so lost without her. Making the most of her whilst she is here with us, hopefully she will be with us for longer than we hope.
 
Tuesday 29th June 2010 (Red)

Breakfast:
1/2 of a Scan Bran Chocolate Cake (1/2B + 2 syns)

Lunch: 1 WW Recipe yoghurt and 2 slices of Nimble (B) with cooked chicken, lettuce and cherry tomatos.

Dinner: Chicken cooked in passata with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.

Snacks: 1/2 Scan Bran Chocolate Cake (1/2 B + 2 syns)

Total Syns: 4

In case anyone is interested in making the Scan Bran Chocolate Cake, you will need 1/2 packet of scan bran (5 peices are your B choice), 2 eggs, sweetener, 2 sachets of 11g options hazelnut chocolate powder (my personal favorate at 2 syns per sachet but you can use any you like)

1) Soak the scan bran for a few minutes in boiling water
2) Drain the water and mix in the two eggs and 2 sachets of chocolate powder
3) Add sweetener to your own personal taste (personally i like lots)
4) Microwave the mixture in a microwave bowl for approximatly 7 minutes
5) Leave to cool and then eat, sorted!
