Sarah's Food Diary - Red, Green & EE

Hey hun,
Just wanted to ask you if you have found it hard to get down to the weight you have? I feel i am stuck here, 20pounds over what i want to be. Do you do alot of excercise?
Hope you dont mind me asking but i am desperate =[
 
Hiya Cupcake, to be honest I dont do any exercise. I used to but it never made any difference to my weight loss or shape so I packed it in. Im not going to lie, it hasnt been a easy journey but sticking with it is the key. Best of luck with the rest of your journey hun, you can do it!! x
 
Saturday 12th June 2010 (EE)

Breakfast: 2 slices of Nimble (B) with lean bacon and tomato sauce (1)

Lunch: Low fat supernoodles.

Dinner: Indian takeaway -boiled rice, chicken tikka (4?), 1/2 a poppadom (2), 8 matchstick chip shop chips (2) and mango chutney (2)

Snacks:

Total Syns: 10

Sunday 13th June 2010 (EE)

Breakfast: 2 Morrisons Eat Smart Sausages (1), lean bacon, banana, muller light and an apple.

Lunch: Prawns, Cottage Cheese, Sushi (1.5), cherry tomatos and chicken.

Dinner: SW chips topped with 1/2 can of Asda Smart Price Chili Con Carney (0.5)

Snacks: Hifi Bar (B)

Total Syns: 3

To be honest hun, I dont know what I want to be yet! I just want to keep going until I have happy. However, I have a feeling that I will never be happy and I am scared that it would turn into a more serious addiction. I dont know, maybe 8st something? I really honestly dont know!
 
I know exactly what you mean! So nice to be able to talk to someone who understands and trys not to sabotage me by making me eat things I shouldnt to make me maintain! Lol!
 
Monday 14th June 2010 (Green)

Breakfast: WW yoghurt and a hifi bar (B)

Lunch: Low fat supernoodles.

Dinner: Sausage pie - 4 halved quorn sausages, topped with baked beans, then mixed veg, then seasoned Smash and gravey (1)

Snacks: Hifi Bar (B) and a kitkat (5.5)

Total Syns: 6.5

Tuesday 15th June 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: Muller light and an apple.

Lunch: A pear, Muler Light and 2 slices of Nimble (B) with roast chicken.

Dinner: Turkey breast, mixed veg and tomato sauce (1)

Snacks: Hifi Bar (B), pickled onions, Velvet crunch (4) and a mini milky bar (3.5)

Total Syns: 8.5

Are your portions of things like veg/chicken etc big? Just you dont seem to be eating much? x
 
Yeah they are rather large lol. For example, at dinner this evening, I had turkey breast - but two huge ones - and half a plate of mixed veg :)
 
Ah i see, you cant tell from what people write how much they have sometimes. lol
 
nothing better than a nice pair of (turkey) breasts! they were not as large as chicken breasts but not as small as fillets, if you get me! Either way, they were nice roasted in the over and sprinkled with garlic powder and mixed herbs. OH had a chicken kiev so I didnt feel like I was left out lol xx
 
Wednesday 16th June 2010 (Green)

Breakfast: WW yoghurt, an apple and a hifi bar (b)

Lunch: Low fat supernoodles and some SW mushroom and onion quiche.

Dinner: Cheese and Broccoli Pasta in Sauce (0.5) mixed with cut up quorn fillets and mushrooms.

Snacks: Pickled onions, 2 slices of Nimble (B) with strawberry jam (4). Quark mixed with wicked white chocolate options (2.5)

Total Syns: 7
