That's a blast from the past..Melba toast,a old friend said bout it couple of years ago.I like it,glad you did aswell.Thats good you felt it in your legs when dancing,I was deffo hot lol great low pointed meal you had there!
 
Yeah we're nice just not so filling lol so had some French fries too 5pp so far!! Be nice for a snack but I hadn't ate anything before hand so that's y I were still hungry.
I brought a tent yesterday a big 5 berth one as me and oh are gonna start camping away at weekends to like Derbyshire so we can go walking and just get away :)
 
i have found 2 photo's!! one from when i were in cyprus i had lost about half a stone from when i started and the other one is from my friends wedding after losing 3 stone..hopefully you can see a difference!

Great idea about the tent,me and the OH have spoken about doing that ourselves,maybe we should! Know what you mean bout the Melba toast being ok as a snack.French fries are nice,get them sometimes instead of Quavers.
 
yeah i love camping and its so cheap for a couple of nights away :)

Thank you about the pictures :) makes me feel alot better about losing weight and makes me realise i can lose this extra 2 and half stone!
 
I've never done camping though have done caravanning for years! OH has camped loads though! sounds ideal to just up and go and chill out.Yup that last bit of weight will come off, you've done amazingly well :0)

Thank you! Hoping it won't take too long to come off now. Feel really frumpy and horrible today though as I haven't done anything with not being at work!! I get bored far too easy :/ lol
 
Yea know what you mean,got to do my exercises yet but quite tired today as was awake early so might do toning with my fit ball for 15 minutes later.Tis what I did for exercise on Saturday just gone.Might look into camping as we can't afford a 'proper' holiday this year.

There's some lovely places in the uk for a holiday too!! We were looking at Cornwall/ Devon :)
I'm struggling to find something to eat for lunch tomorrow :/ not got an awful lot in tbh don't like salad that much, may raid the cupboards :)

My diary today 23/4/12 consists of:
Breakfast: 6 Melba toast 2pp
1 extra light cheese triangle and slice of ham 1pp

Lunch: pasta with cheese 7pp
Ketchup 1pp
French fries 2pp
Hot choc 1pp

14pp used so far not sure what having for tea yet :)

Hard when not sure what to have to eat,think we are shopping tomorrow now.Im ok with salads so long as they have abit of taste to them if you know what I mean lol.Yea thought I'd best do a little something exercise wise tonight cos I'll regret it if I don't lol

Ooo u get ur new dumbells tomorrow then!! I've looked through the cuboards and found some LC sweet and sour sauce so made some rice and chicken to go with it for 8pp yummy!! May get some passata and make vege bollognase again that was lovely.
U having anything nice for tea?
 
Yum both meals sound delish! I'm just about to make dinner...pizza wraps,wedges and peas :0)

Mmmm now your dinner sounds pretty amazing lol I decided on a ham and cheese wrap with mayo 10pp as it was a big wrap!!
Got 7pp left or may only have 29 in that case I have 5pp left :)
 
Thinking if i can cut it down then im going to as i want to kick start the weight loss again :)
