ProPoints Sarah's i will be thin diary

I were so determind to do this yesterday then were really hungry today and pigged out :( I can't keep doing this!!
I just feel disgusted with myself in fat and hideous why am I doing this to myself?!? :'( 6 weeks till my holiday and I look like this?!? Arghhhhh I may just cancel my diary as I'm such a failure!!! Sorry needed to rant :'(
 
Rant away. We all have bad days. Just pick yourself up. Look at the pictures. Concentrate on what you want and don't put so much pressure on yourself. If we were 100% all the time life would be boring so just plan in advance around food that fills you up and you enjoy. Im lucky I love fruit so when I'm Peckish I eat a piece so find something low points or free that you enjoy and try reaching for that first rather than the higher stuff. Xxxx

I get so miserable when im hungry too :( I like fruit but doesn't seem to fill me and veg goes straight through me and I'm starving an hour later :/ this is the thing I liked about slimming world is that I could have big filling meals but then that's no showing me portion control!
I just need to get back on it and I really want to as like tonight I've came home from work after binging and I feel crap, looking in the mirror and cried I dont want to look like this :( I didn't want to say but I weighed this morning as I knew I'd been bad and since last thurs it said I've gained 5 pounds I mean that is ridiculous I know it is which means I'm back up to 13,6 I'm going the wrong way :'(
 
Ok well for starters get those scales hidden by someone and only have them brought out to you on your wi day cos seeing the weight gain mid week won't help and trust me on that one as I'm speaking from experience! Like Mrs G said,filling foods are a must! are you drinking enough aswell? Hope you are ok,please don't cancel your diary,you can do this,you have us to support you plus I'm being selfish as i'd miss you if you wasn't here aswell :0)
 
I said to one of my other friends weighing every few days is not good for you. It becomes an obsession. Your weight fluctuates so much every day like going to the loo, what you have eaten that day, what you have drink so take no notice of the scales until weigh day. And even then dont obsess over it. It's disheartening but not the be and end all. The weight didn't come on over night it's not going to disappear overnight. Its a battle and it's hard but the rewards are great.

As for snacks Try and prepare for binges. Have a fruit salad in the fridge and a meringue closer than the chocolate. I have a separate cupboard for my bits so I don't have to look in the naughty cupboard. Put curly wurlys, fudges, low point treats in the fridge so they take longer to eat, freeze grapes and suck them. What do you binge on? I'm sure we can come up with some good ideas to help you. Light choices cup a soup, ww hot chocolate.

Did you put your points down recently and are you putting too much pressure on yourself? Xxxxxx

I've got to admit I am a big secret weigher and I will weigh all the time I know I shouldn't :/ I drink about 5 bottles of nas squash in the day then alot of diet drinks at night but if I don't eat much I pee all the time It gets annoying at 3 in the morning lol
ahh that really made me smile about missing me thank you :) I would prob be 3 stone heavier if it wasn't for you guys so thank you :) xx
 
I've cut out the diet drinks as of today and brought myself some flavoured water.Sounds like you drink quite abit then so that's good :0) So do you crave certain types of food or is it the general hungry feeling? Oh I know the pee in the middle of the night one lol.You support us aswell :0)

My binges are mainly at work to be honest as I'm a nursery nurse I'm surrounded by food all the time!! I pick all day long when I'm having a bad day :/ I love my carbs so bread, pasta then cheese, crisps. I need to do a big shop and get things like fudge and more curly wurlys!!
I need meal ideas I think so filling dinners but for not too many points but decent sized portions as ready meals just don't do it!!
I've just wrote fail!! In my diary as I daren't work

We are all here to support each other. Daisy is a real star and got me through a few bad days recently. Nothing is unfixable. It's just finding alternatives. Don't cancel your diary we are here to support you or we wouldn't be following your diary xxx

To be honest like I said to mrs g I love my carbs I want bread bread and more bread!! But half the time I don't even feel hungry but If food is there ill eat it or eat for the sake of it.
But other days I will actually be starving but used all my points so I'll go over otherwise I feel sick and need something substantial so I'll have toast or something then think well I've gone over so now I've failed as I ate my weeklies on Saturday etc :/

How about wraps or pittas instead of the bread? I brought some WW petit pains today only 3pp each.Are you allowed to take snacks into work?
 
My dinner today was very filling,is only 6 pp without the naan bread or 4 turkey rashers,egg,beans and fried mushrooms for 10pp. Add WW sausage for 11pp or 2 for 13.
 
I love carbs too. I love pasta with chunky veg and sauce. I make a big batch and portion it up. I keep a few in the fridge and a few in the freezer so when I need something it's there. Depending on portion size it's about 6pp. But it's made and easy so how about taking a pot of that to work with you. It's the same points as a double decker but much more satisfying.

If you go to meetings or know someone who does the ww sweets are good for 1 or 2 pp for the box and the ww fruity bears are yummy for 2pp a bag as are the chocolate and vanilla biscuits. I always pack my lunch bag with my planned stuff and just loads of extra fruit and have a packet of the sweets in my bag.

I have a recipe for a 1pp curry I can post if you are interested. Again make a big batch and keep some and freeze some then it's ready for you. I eat Ready meals when I'm exercising as eat late and I bulk up with veg or salad.

The pizza we make is good and aren't high. The ww pizzas are nice too for 6pp/7pp so you can have it with salad to bulk it up. Cup a soups - the tesco light choices ones are 1 or 2pp so not to bad. I used to love mug shots on slimming world - pasta and soup - and think they are about 4

Treat wise - ww cookies are my lifesaver as are the caramel mallows - pink and whites are the same and sugar free jelly.
 
Yeah I normally have the petit pains with ham on for lunch and they normally fill me :) but forgot to buy them this week! They are lovely gotta admit!
 
I cut out diet drinks today and coffee. Been having severe toilet problems since my tummy bug 3 weeks ago and read online it could be to blame so trying to just drink water and squash. :(

I only drink water and hot water,been like that for a few years as cant drink coffee and when on a health kick few years ago I stopped drinking tea,tried a cuppa last year and didn't like it lol can't do hot choc,flavoured teas but used to drink full fat soft drinks then 3 months or so ago cut out the caffeine ones but thought try and cut them all out apart from when eating out/pub etc
