Hi Libby I lost 3 pounds :D yay!! So 10 pounds gone all together now :D I'm absolutely shattered today after going back to work all week lol how are you? I've not been great today

So infact I didn't eat an awful lot but what I did consume alot of calories but hey my weeklies have gone so just dailies to stick to which is fine :)
going shopping today as its my birthday on the 26 and my mums getting me some boots as I can't think of anything I want, so will prob try some clothes on for Christmas and I just hope I can fit in some nice clothes as shopping really depresses me :(

I know I just can't help feeling bad but hey it's done with now. Thanks about my birthday, yeah I'm going out on the 30th to celebrate which will mean consuming alot of alcohol no doubt lol so will have to use my weeklies on that :)
I didn't get an awful lot from shopping :( I hate shopping being the size I am, nothing fits or doesn't sit right! It's made me alot more motivated to lose the weight though :) thanks for the comment btw :) your lovely bless u!

Had a couple of beers aswell so i went over my allowance but started afresh today :)
Me and my family always go for a couple if drinks on Sunday for abit of family time but I decided that me and my fiancée aren't gonna go from now on or just drink diet Pepsi as I end up bloated and going over my pp as I want food food food when I've had a drink lol!!
So yeah positive Monday :) xx
 
Yeah I'm feeling pretty pooh atm as I'm tired, stress of going back to work, thinking about moving out etc as atm I'm having to pack a bag for the week to stay at conals! Arghhh!!

well woke up this morning feeling alot better about my day :) got much better sleep than the night before :) although before i went bed my other half made me a little bit of pasta with a piece of bread....as i said i was hungry but did state i didnt want anything. still after eating that i dont really feel too bad as i know if i hadnt i would have woke up extremely hungry n felt pants.
My plan today is to just have 3 set meals with a few low fat snacks as at the moment im like oooo cake so decide to have abit where as i shouldnt! i made a plan that i want to be 13,13 at christmas...would be great if i could lose more but that leaves me with half a stone to lose in 4/5 weeks which should be do able if i stick to the plan a 100% :) so no more cake, chocolate or crap just healthy food that will make me have a fab body :D
