Day 22 - I've been awake for hours so I'm going to get my butt to the gym..

Not looking forward to weigh-in tomorrow - don't think I'm going to lose this week but I'll be very happy if I lost 2lb (that will be 1stone in 3weeks)

Gym done.. Got a personal training session tomorrow before weigh-in.. Going to try some classes next week.

Off to that the dog for a long walk this afternoon :)

Well in that time, I've got up, had a warm shake had a bath and achieved very little.

Weekends going ok so far thank you Shanny - I do find the weekends more difficult.
Enjoyed the walk with my dog :) feel like having a nap now lol x
 
Tomorrow I'm having a planned meal out - we were going for a carvery so I could have turkey and veg...

But we're going to bem brazil, I'm going to have chicken and salad from salad bar... So pretty much will have an SS+ day..

Plan for the day...
Gym
WI at 10:30
Bar/shake
Meal around 3ish
Shake evening

I'm only going to have 2 CWP products tomorrow as I'm not able to weigh my portions so I'll prob have more than allowed on SS+

Just had my first "cheat" in 22 days - I had a teaspoon of peanut butter :(

Think I'm ready for my SS+ meal tomorrow - I know that I've mentioned that I've had SS+ days but I've only ever had eggs or a bit of chicken - I've not had the veg or salad so I don't feel like I've had a proper meal... After tomorrow I'm going back to SS 100% and I've only ordered shakes no bars this week.

Don't worry about it it's done now shouldn't make a difference one teaspoon xxxx
