Uh oh! Gave in! My partener decided to eat them right nxt to me! Had roughly 10! Oh dear! Deff on track tomorrow, I promise!
 
Don't worry about it Sarah, enjoy the memory and taste but move on from it now..100% tomorrow :)
 
I regretted having them in the end, I felt sick!

I deff 100% today! Having petit pain pizza's for lunch! Yum yum can't wait!

Sound good Sarah..I bought pitta breads at the weekend with the express intention of making pitta pizzas..just forgot to buy passata..next week though :) Enjoy!

I used to have pitta bread pizza all the time but didn't have any and I have to travel quite far to buy some so will have to wait till wk end!

The petit pain pizzas were really good! I did ham , pineapple and Sweetcorn and used a tablespoon of tomato purée 0pp it all fell off but with a knife and folk it was really tasty! Much more bready than pitta pizzas! Yum yum I could eat more!!

So today is hard I keep getting cravings, prob is I keep thinking well ive messed up this wk so what's the point, but I'm determined to stick to plan!

Had to go docs today, he was an hour late so I'm not doing exercise today can't really b bothered! I feel guilty for not doing it tho, I usually do it 5x a wk but this wk will b 3x which to b fair is still alot considering I do 30 day shred and 60 min on the cross trainer but I can't help feeling guilty! :(
 
Do you drink Green Tea Sarah? I find it helps with cravings (probably because I actually don't like tea and it makes me a bit 'ugh' in my tummy ;) ) You've done loads of exercise, don't worry about missing a couple of sessions but do try to fight the cravings..water..tea..fruit..whatever it takes..You Can Do It!!!! :)
 
No only normal tea! Or coffee! Just had some cherries! I feel satisfied it's just in my head but I'm gonna do it today! 100% day! Wi fri and I will have new weeklies so I will b ok then! So just 3 days of no crap! That shouldn't b so hard! Shouldn't!!

Ok! I used 2 weeklies for a snack of toast with Ww jam, I think 2 weeklies for the day is still on plan! It's a bit stupid not allowing myself any weeklies when I'm doing sf for the rest of the wk! It's not really possible!
 
As others have said you are still doing loads of exercise so definitely don't feel guilty about giving it a miss today. The petit pain pizza sound great - we have got pizza chicken tonight. Only had it the other week but OH put a request in for it for tonight.

I think its just a case of making what good choices you can when you feel you can this week, its very easy to slip into "well I have already eaten X and Y so Z won't make any difference" but good on you for not turning 3 days eaten off plan into a whole week. That shows great willpower in itself so try to concentrate on that when you are feeling tempted by something for the next 3 days.
 
Yeah 3 days off then yesterday I had the biscuits but other than that was on plan! There's no use having the rest of the wk off it will only lead to 2, 3, 4 weeks off then properly off plan and I don't want that so must get back on!

Oh absolutely. Definitely better to get back on plan as soon as you can but I just meant don't forget to recognise how well you have done to do that, as it can be hard.

Pizza chicken is a butterflied chicken breast topped with pizza ingredients. So in this house a spicy oregano and passatta sauce topped with low fat mozzarella, chorizo, pineapple and onion with a sprinkling of basil and parmasan. Highly recommend this.
 
I will deff try that! I expect next wk!
