Posted this in the wrong diary so this was my post at about half 6 haha
Light tea- 1 slice toast (1/2 hexb2) I fry lighted egg and mixed tinned tomatoes and beans. Still feel a bit hungry but off to Zumba in a min so will just look forward to my pizza toast when I get in :D

Just back from Zumba and have that annoying twitchy leg muscle thing that follows exercise, maybe it's just me lol. Zumba was great fun, sweating like anything and me and my sister in law had a giggle. Got a quick squidge with my nephew when I called in to pick her up too :) right shower needed then my pizza toastie, very excited about it! X

(I think I need an early night...)

Discovered a yummy snack! Mix some "season all" with ff fromage frais and grated cucumber and use as a dip for carrot sticks. Just took me ages to eat half a carrots worth and actually feel fuller. Need to keep armed with these low syn snacks as they are def the key to me doing well on plan!

Sounds lush - will definitely be giving this a go :) x

Omg pizza toast was immense!
Trying to watch this weeks holby but not sure I can stay awake, think ill just get to bed soon!

Finish my day on.......drumroll.....6.5 syns! Lowest I've had for such a long time :) very aware that I need to "budget" them as such so I don't use them all up over the weekend.
Not too much planned over the weekend but could be a couple of tricky moments. coffee morning with friends on saturday which might involve cake..other than that just some wine.

*yawn* night night. Xx
 
Still awake, why don't I just do what I say I'll do! Been planning tomorrow in my head so will write it down so I don't forget!

Extra easy day
Hexa milk throughout day in drinks. (might save a quarter hexa for a little scatter of cheese over dinner)
Breakfast - fruit and yogurt, maybe porridge mid morning for a hexb (if I don't use it at breakfast I'll use it for ryvita to snack on)

Lunch - jacket potato with tuna and salad

Dinner - chilli and rice

Snacks- mullerlight, fruit, vegetable sticks, cracker crisps, possibly ryvita depending on if hexb has been used.
Syns- 5 for special k cracker crisps, 7.5 for martini.
Right now it's written down I AM going to sleep! X
 
Lunch being prepared already as the jacket will take a while. Used 10mls of light mayo it's 40cals per 1tbsp so will call it 1.5syns for mayo. As teaspoons vary in size so much I've started using a medicine spoon to measure my sauces and stuff, works really well and you know they are accurate. Tip of the day ;)

Lazy morning at home baking and playing then soft play the afternoon. Think mum boss is planning on popping in again , wish she wouldn't! Just confuses the girls.
So glad it's Friday! Feel shattered today, restful weekend needed! X
 
Amazing how nice a simple lunch can be! Really nice even though I did accidently drown my salad in balsamic vinegar as the nozzle fell out. :/
Had a mini cupcake that we made, 4 syns. Haven't had my cracker crisps so if I can leave them alone I will still be within today's syns. Was under yesterday though so gives me a bit of flexibility over the weekend.

On 7.5 today so far
 
Yeah I will do, it's one of those things I've been meaning to buy for ages not not yet got round to actually buying! Medicine spoon is a good substitute for now till I remember!
At soft play now, worn out after climbing about so having a sit down for 5 mins! Traffic on the way here was horrendous too took us 15 mins to get through traffic lights from the queue as the roundabout wad gridlocked so just sat there through about 20 green lights! Does someone know something I don't? What's so special about today that everyone seems to fleeing to other places?!

Had my dinner, a blow-your-head-off chilli :) thought I'd try your trick of a smaller plate fran. I bought a small plate specially for that reason months and months ago but gave up after a couple of days. Will stick with it although I do feel like there's still room in my tummy but I'm sure that cos I'm used to man sized portions on our massive square plates!

Mike still not in from golf, occupying myself being very organised in his absence (well planning to be organised anyway!) and writing a step by step checklist of what we need to do in each room to give the house a thorough spring clean. Its so long overdue it needs a proper going over. Now I've got the list though I feel like hiring a cleaner and handing the list over haha!
Hopefully we can crack on with it soon, might even say we do a room a weekend (or maybe 2 rooms or it will take 5weeks!) :/ as much as I hate cleaning its quite satisfying ticking or crossing off a list so hopefully it will motivate us!

Having a martini for 2.5syns, sure it won't be the last! Is that 10? I've forgotten I need to check back! Will change it later if wrong.

Bran flakes hexb and banana with some of my hexa milk watered down.

Off to my friends house now for a coffee morning in aid of bowel cancer research, hopefully we can raise a respectable amount as it's a cause very close to our group. My grandad died from complications of bowel cancer, the lady hosting today lost her dad to it and another friend, mikes future sister in laws dad is in his final weeks with it. :(
Hopefully it won't be a sombre occasion though plenty of catching up and not too much cake. X
