Scarlett to target one day at a time

Sounds like a good balance.
 
Had a few martins last night only went 5 over syns so 50 total for the week and 5 to compensate for this week which is easy peasy.


Dinner last night was an omelette and salad.

Green day plan
Breakfast - couscous with banana and 1tsp honey 1syn, using milk from hexa1
Lunch- egg salad sandwich (bread hexb1) with 1tbsp light salad cream 1syn
Dinner- vegetable pasta bake with hexa2 cheese

Snacks - hexb2 Alpen lights, Options hot choc 2syns, carrot sticks with cottage cheese and fruit.
 
Yes thanks just stayed in with mike and watched a silly film. Was get him to the Greek with Russell Brand. He's a bit of a twat but I love him, bit of a tedious film though!
Looking forward to lunch. currently in the car on the way home from the food shop. Had to get household stuff too so always makes it more expensive. Boo!

July 5th, it's in Hoghton, only about 10mins from where I live, we go every year, get there early, have picnic tea, I always have 1 glass of sparkly, then chat until it all starts, & it ends with a firework display about 11ish, drop mum & MiL off then back to mine for wine & chat with my sister. We always enjoy it, but you can never count on the weather to be fine!
 
Aww in sad news though just found our our ice cream man has died, sounds weird to be sad about it but this man had been an ice cream man with the same van in our town for over 40 years and was a lovely man. Even when we weren't buying from him he always had a chat, such a sweet man, died from cancer that had only just been diagnosed. Bless him :( he never changed either, I remember thinking when I was abut 7 that he must be 90! There's a tribute to him on our towns Facebook page, he's like a celebrity in the town!

Trying to plan tomorrow... Hmm decisions decisions..

Ok think it will be ee.

Breakfast - weetabix hexb with chopped fruit and fromage frais splash of hexa milk.
Lunch- savoury rice with extra veg and ham.
Dinner - Sri Lankan chicken and vegetable curry with rice. Syns for creamed coconut but can't remember off the top of my head how many. I think it's about 3 but will check!
Snacks- mugshot, fruit, vegetable sticks, fromage frais, options hot choc.

There are about 10 young children running about outside my house screaming loudly... Surely it's a bit late to be out on a school night?! Some are in my old charges class so I know they are 6-7. Go to bed- I am! Haha
 
Your gig plans for the year sound fab hun! We've got Muse, Whitesnake and Eddie Izzard coming up soon :) xx

Sounds amazing miss corset? ( apologies I don't know your name lol) I'd love to see muse and absolutely love Eddie Izzard! Not so into whitesnake but imagine they would put on a hell of a show! Lucky you! Also got bowling for soup's last ever uk gig in October and boyzone 20year anniversary tour in December. Gone from no gigs to lots in a short space of time! Love it! :)

Thanks Rochelle hun, need to check the recipe as it calls for milk but I used creamed stuff at a higher dilution last time and it was perfect, need to remember what I used though! Xx

Ahh you can't beat a bit of Boyzone! I saw Bowling for Soup at Reading one year and they were ace! I adore live music - it makes me so happy :) shame they all come at once though - it would be nice to spread them out over the year!
