I love it too, can't get enough of concerts

Do you go to many festivals? We went to Isle of Wight in 2010 which was amazing but it is so expensive x

I went to Reading every year from '99 to '04. Haven't done a camping festival since then (I'm getting old!) but try and do something every year - Hard Rock Calling, Wireless, Last Days of Summer. You can't beat seeing loads of bands in one place xx

Wow that's some festivalling! Great idea doing one a year, the Rolling Stones gig we are going to is part of the British summer time parks festivals in Hyde park so its a one day festival with Rolling Stones headlining. Need to look into who else is playing, we only got them for the stones but if someone else half decent is there will be a bonus! Can't wait will be an amazing weekend with Robbie the night before!

That's going to be an unforgettable weekend! I've seen Robbie in TT but never on it's own. He will be fab!

And the Stones will be immense! I wanted to take my dad to see them but didn't manage to get tickets.

Seen robbie once before on his own and he was out of this world, so bloody good! Also seen him with take that which was amazing!

Can't wait to see the stones either, my boyfriend loves them and I've been trying to get tickets for him for the last couple of years since they started touring again but never managed to, for this one we've actually got them off someone on eBay who bought them then realised he couldn't make it so luckily he didn't bump the price up too much, still costs more than I'd like but will be well worth it!

Than def see what else you can book, there seems to be loads of this year, I'm sure you will find something! X

Aww in sad news though just found our our ice cream man has died, sounds weird to be sad about it but this man had been an ice cream man with the same van in our town for over 40 years and was a lovely man. Even when we weren't buying from him he always had a chat, such a sweet man, died from cancer that had only just been diagnosed. Bless him he never changed either, I remember thinking when I was abut 7 that he must be 90! There's a tribute to him on our towns Facebook page, he's like a celebrity in the town!

Wow that is crazy meeting someone local on an international flight!

Sun is shining, the girls are still sleeping (due to their almost 1am bedtime) so I've got a bit of time to kill. Came to work laden with food today armed with low syn and free snacks.

Lunch changed slightly as the girls wanted couscous and I made too much so put some veg into that then had a mugshot. They had some sausages left over that I ate one of earlier, god knows why, just had the urge but it was so greasy I felt sick after. Not sure of the syns.. Anyone know walls thick sausages syns please?

Cos they asked to watch a film, then another, then another and of course they are in charge!

The sausage feels like its still sat in a puddle of grease in my tummy. Bleugh! At least lunch was quite light to make up for it.! Might have to rethink the curry though cos the Sri Lankan one has coconut in so syns to count Might just make it a normal chicken curry. Just as nice but syn free

That is crazy. Nate didn't want to go for his nap earlier, but he was exhausted and he was going whether he walked upstairs or if I carried him. Story, milk and passed out. He is still asleep now! If he didn't go for te nap he thought he didn't need he would be tantruming all over the place. I hope the girls aren't causing you any trouble. Speaking of which, he has woken up!

Bless him def sounded like he needed that nap! I get that they don't want to push them to doing things they don't want to do all the time but bedtime is non negotiable surely? Bizzare.
The boy was home again today too, I swear they are going to get taken to court soon he's hardly ever at school and when he is he turns up whenever he pleases! School phoned and asked me to tell mum boss he will be in isolation on Thursday due to another week on being late each of the 4 days he was there. She just said "yeah I thought so" when I told her! Blasé or what..

Mike wants a haircut again, have told him about 10 million times I hate doing it and don't want to do it any more but he keeps going on. Maybe I'll chop his ear off, that will give him the message!

Next time he asks just say "ok, but not right now." Then book him a barbers appointment. Haha, he can't pester you then. Cutting hair is horrid, it gets everywhere. Not a career for me!

That is crazy about them not caring about him going to school. If I had skipped school my parents would have dragged me there by my hair! Why have more kids if you are so feckless about the first? I know people think I'm strict with Nate, but if he understands something and is ready then it applies. I naughty pouffed his arse at sw meeting last week. Oh well, not long there it seems

the thing is i used to be a hairdresser but cos i no longer do it ive lost the knack that i had. mikes hair is quite difficult and although it always looks ok its not how i want it to look but i cant get it right! he refuses to go to a barbers cos last time they just clippered it short and he hated it, i want him to go to my fab friend who i trained with, she is still a hairdresser so doing it all day every day she very much still has the knack! anyway ive done it and moaned about it so hopefully he will go to my friend next time!

dinner was scrummy, had a biscuit for 4 syns after so 11.5 for the day. bloody sausage. 67/105 for week with 2 days to go. doesnt seem right! will have another count when i go to bed. wont have more than 15 each day anyhow, less if i can.

been browsing holidays for october, naughty really as i have no idea what the job situation will be by then. If i get the new one we are thinking perhaps a 4 night city break. I like the look of budapest and it seems really cheap! got a couple of quotes saved so we shall see. will be just before our anniversary so will be really nice to get away to celebrate. we spent our first anniversary in prague but not done much for it since so will be lovely to have something special for the 5 years!
just too impatient though and want to chuck it on the credit card. must resist!

Ooh the holiday sounds lovely. A 4 day break is a nice time too. If you are in with the twin job it isn't too long for her to cope, and a while after the routine is set.

Lol, men are never happy! Nate goes to see Amy with me, but the newest qualified one is taking on some of the kids so I might swap him over to her, but Amy loves him, and he is good for her. Did you not hate the hair. I did experience at a hairdressers and hated it.
