Aye, it's good to see! I don't think I'm losing as fast as I did after my previous diet break, but I was a fair bit heavier then and I'd been eating quite a bit more during the break itself, so that might have made a difference. If I lose a total of 3-4lbs in the two weeks after this break that will do me just fine.
As you've had about a month (?) off you should be primed and ready for a big old whoosh - you'll be in the 11's before you know it!
When I have your original recipe almond bread I put Sainsbury's equivalent of Philly on it. Today I've gone for my experimental chocolate cake version, and all that needs with it is a nice mug of fresh-brewed coffee!
Have you had a play with the recipe at all? I'm thinking there's lots of sweet/savoury variations that would work - if I could see past chocolate, lol!

A smidge down on yesterday - always nice to tip over into the next number down! Wonder if I'll make it to 175lbs by the end of the two weeks? That is twelve and a half stone, so it would be another mini-milestone ticked off.
I have a little problem with tomorrow as we'll be over at my mum's (postponed from last week) so I will be surrounded by carby treats galore
. I
think I've been back on Atkins long enough to not be tempted, but I won't know until I'm there. Yikes!
