lmao ....i have a week of pmt then a week off totm both keep me off the scales lately ...however last month pmt put on a lb this time i have sts so sts this week or a loss would be great if notit should be - next week just means im only losing 2 weeks out of 4 however ive got this 18miler on saturday night so may kick off some calories !!!!!

Aw, the little muddy guinea pig sounds cute. Does he mind being washed?
i have the cutest guinea (well maizie does !!) he is very bad tempered and looks like dougal dog but black .....hate being trimmed and usually attacks me lol!!!

I had an idea for food for your walk scrumper - have you tried/do you like beef jerky? easily transportable coming in a plastic bag - very high protein, and you can almost convince yourself you're eating a bag of crisps. Might be worth considering, I didn't think I'd like it till it was suggested to me so thought I'd give it a try and and I'm converted!

afternoon all ....another sunny cold day hits the north daven coast today ...Ive been at my computer course all morning so brain is aching now

ben and got a few bits and bobs too ...3 and 1/2 weeks to go ...got an expo on the saturday and we had an email that a prospective employer will be there to meet the other half !!!(along with others but they did send him a free ticket after he has bought one !!)

anyway .... food ......

How about some homemade vegetable crisps? (If you CBA?) - I know when I have made them it seems a lot of effort for not many crisps!!
 
Are you planning on moving to Conso weekend before France, Scrumps? Irrespective of weight? (Or even before maybe?) I can't remember now what you said...
 
not sure yet will see what the scales say in two weeks ...maybe a case of trying not to be bad on hols then back on it a bit more still not sure if im stopping at 140 or going to head for 133
 
Out of curiosity, Scrumps, what was your "true weight"? With Dukan, we can get lower of course (ahem!) but staying there requires much tenacity. With your previous high weight, and children, I just wondered.

I'm below mine now incidentally... but won't be aiming as low as in the past.
