Morning Tan. I am interested in how low you will get; I too think my 'true weight' is too high at 158 lbs and I don't think I am going to be happy to stop there - although I guess it will depend on how difficult I start to find to to lose? I will watch you and be further inspired.

ive never been able to answer the maintainable weight question as ive always been up and down ...
i think 9 st 10 to 9 st 12 may be a limit as 9 st 7 was pre kids !!!!
we will see i know i need to tone up as i look flabby


any way evening all been manic hectic today
i will be shattered before my walk starts on sat at this rate

did manage to find beef jerky in tesco mind you so saturday is sorted
 
glad you've found some scrumper - is it something you've had before, and if not will you be trying it before saturday to make sure you like it? I'd hate to feel like i've sent you off with something you won't like when you're half way round and desperate for some food!

right have made a decision .................saturday night i will no doubt eat something i shouldnt im prepared for that ............... so next week im buying a chicken for each day roasting it and eating the lot!!!! lets see what that does
im not putting on which is a good thing but im not losing 2 weeks out of 4 , so need to have a jolt of some sort I am hoping that this walk will do it

tomorrow if im not about as im staying in bed till lunchtime( ha ha in this house )

through the night tea, coffee, beef jerky, sf sweets maybe some soup and if im really naughty a mars bar ...anything else i will fess up to on sunday :p
 
Protein bars instead of the Mars? Could keep you going longer! (Oh and watch those sugar free sweets... they too could keep you going, but I'm sure there'll be handy bushes for you!!)
 
arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh major dilema ...... not being the fact the lie in is not happening ....
just popped on the scales and i am 143 so dropped 2lb since yesterday exactly how i thought straight after totm ................anyhow had virtually promised myself a snickers bar tonight !!! LOL so now im contemplating making muffins and seeing if i can find a protein bar from tescos im hopefully going to walk off most of it but dont want to lose that 2lb ive waited 2 weeks for that !!!!!

trust me to get on them scales !!!!
think i will take the snickers but see if i can resist
 
Defo take some muffins instead of the snickers! Take extra if you want - they'll feel like they do the same job as the snickers bit without knocking you off plan. Good luck for tonight, hope it goes well, x
 
lol 18 miles in fog, freezing rain over the moors was absolutley mad have never walked uo so many big hills I was creamed ...
we did it though , I have achey knees and feet no blisters and im sure i will be fine in a day or too lol

i did sucumb to a snickers but at 3 in the morning in the middle of exmoor it was needed , also had a couple of bites of a cheese and onion pasty and it was horrid , so i must be cured of my pasty addiction !!!!
not worried if i put on this week it will come back off will do pp days from tomorrow
having an early night tonight
 
Amazing feat Scrumps... you should be proud of yourself. A few strict PPs will see you back in the zone quickly... FROM NOW! (right?!)

lol am glad its over have now been signed up for an 18 mile walk on the flat though lol at night for cancer ...... should be a breeze after saturday night

god yeah the qs that will be worse than hill climbs ..... we went past |Sir Ranolf finnes place on saturday night thought he would be out with us
