Miss Sassy Kassy, I hope your a**e is back in gear !!!!! Haha !!!

I am back down to 192 lbs, so off I go again on plan to stop, stop, stop ( eating the unhealthy stuff ) and drop, drop, drop the pounds !!!!

Had a hiccup with some low cal alcohol beers and some Choccy, but didn't go ALL the way if you know what I mean, hehehe !!!! Believe me it could have been an epic binge, full of FAIL !!!! Hehe !!

Hope everybody is fine....come on down....and shout Miss K back on here !!!!!

Hey guys, just a meg quicky as I am just about to get my bus home from work. But you will be pleased to know I am right back on it and I havejoined the gym. Skint now but it will be worth it. I'm going to go as much as I can, work hard and see the results I want to see.

COME ON GIRLS. LETS DO IT!!!! hahaha

Thats sooooo true Diva! That £30 I spent on the gym would have ended up going on takeaways anyway and now it can't hehe.

My new thing which I swar by for meals is those weight watcher meals with vedge - I get a diffrent one for every day of the week for my luch (£1 at Iceland) and have it with an individual bad of frozen vedge from Aldi. Each meal equates to about 300 calories, but there is quite a plate full and its just enough to fill you. I adore Aldi frozen vedge at the mo. Mega cheap and really testy. Tests soooo fresh. I highly reccomend it.

Diva - Do you have an Iceland and Aldi over in America?

I swear, I have went into this whole gym malarky full throttle and today my legs are like jelly, so I am going to have to give tonight a miss haha. Then I'm at a meal on Fri night for my friends 30th (will try and choose healthy option but summit tastie) then i'll get back to pumping sum iron on Saturday.

So, here is my food diary for the last few days...

MONDAY

Ceareal
WW Meal and Vedge
Yoghurt
Tuna Salad

TOTAL CALORIES = 1130

TUESDAY

Ceareal
WW Meal and Vedge
Yoghurt
Broth and few pieces of french stick
2 small squares of chocolate
few jelly sweets and a refresher bar

TOTAL CALORIES = 1340

WEDNESDAY

Snack a jacks
WW meal and vedge
yoghurt
2 small squares of chocolate
jelly sweets
chicken with ratatouli and noodles

TOTAL CALORIES = 1580

So thats a canny few days, plus I have hoofed it at the gym each night.

So how are all my lovley ladies doing?

Yay !!! Missy you are back!!! Smiled when I saw your jelly sweets on the menu !!! Hehe !! I'm the smoothie Queen !!! I buy the frozen Yoghurt packs, mix them with frozen fruit and a bit of fat free milk and whizz them in my sexy Blender Monster, and ta-dah!!.....a very posh looking two glass Smoothie for 320 cals total...FANTASTIC !!
We have an Aldi, here, but I haven't really been in it for ages, must go and have a look, plus it's only 5 mins drive away !!! I used to buy bits and pieces from Aldi, when in the UK, good prices !!!
I'm planning a couple of walks at the weekend and chilling with Mr D, before he's away on business all next week, half way across America !!!
How's that job of yours going and I hope that Adonis is treating you like the fabulous Lady you are!! Hehe !!!

Hey Diva (or should I say Smoothy Queen hehehe). How long have you lived in the States? Me and the Adonis are dying to go to Las Vagas. Have you ever been?

Thos smoothies sound delicious. I want one! hehe. Frozen yoghurt is a great alternitive to ice cream isnt it. I love sorbet too. Right, I'm hungry now hahahahaha.

Yeah, you will have to get yourself into Aldi, its such good quality and so reasonably priced.

Well tonight I am at that lovley Itallians I sometimes go to for my friends 30th then out for a few bevvies after. Then on Saturday I am going to see a friend I aint seen in a while then me and the Adonis are having a nice night in (after going to his sisters for tea) with a few drinks and watch Britians Got Talent and the Eurovision Song Contest. Then on Sunday I am going for a drive out with another friend then will be seeing the Adonis in the afternoon.

Things are going fab between us. He's like my best friend and I am so comfortable with him. He's mentioned us moving in together and everything. It's all bliss at the mo.

Well, I fell off the wagon yesterday. I was aching sooo much off the gym I had to have a night of, but as I wasnt going anywhere or seeing anyone I ended up getting a bottle of wine and thn a takeaway :eek:( So yesterday I wracked up 2300 calories. But I'll not beat myself up. Gonna choose healty tonight (probally chicken abriatta) then be good over the weekend and get back to the gym Saturday morning.

I had a cheeky jump on the scales and I have stayed the same over the last few weeks 12.10. My next official weigh in will be next saturday, and every 1 or 2 weeks thereafter.

Well, I better get to work. Soooooo much to do (oh its going great btw - mega busy all the time, very varied and I get on great with evryone. Lots of responsibilities too).

Morning, Mr D has been here over 3 years, I have been going backwards and forwards, but been here permanenetly for a year or so now AND love it !!! Would never go back !!! Our standard of living here is soo much better, property is sooo much cheaper !!! Mr D has been to Vegas baby !!! He went for a conference, of all things, all paid for, s****y Casino Hotel, he played the tables etc, had a blast !!!! Lucky old so and so !!! He is in senior management for an International company, an IT specialist, yes a geek! Hehehe !! I want to go to Vegas too !!! We have done a few trips to NY, which I love !!! We also go to the Beach , we love the ocean !!! Also been to Mexico, and Canada. I'm a traveller, hehe !!!
It's hard to get back into the swing of it, isn't it ?? I feel aout 75% positive most of the time, at the mo !!! Weather has been lovely here and I want to sit on the deck and drink Cocktails !!! Grrrrrrr !!! Not helping the cause, am I, must do some research for Skinny Cocktails !!!!

Elm - you will easily shift that 15lb. Just get your head back in te game and you'll do great. I fill up on vedge ad eat mega low fat foods, but allow myself treats on a weekend and it's working great for me. Give it a try. Alot of people swear by Slimming World. Maybe give that a go.

Diva - You sound like you have hd a very exciting life. I'd love to go to Mexico. I can't believe you cant write the work S>W>A>N>K>Y hahahaha. How funny. Ooooh, you could make yourself a light cosmopolitan using light cranberry juice. Thats the only things about most cocktails - they contin fruit juices which ack up sooo many calories. Still one of your five a day though hahaaha.

Well, I hvnt been great this weekend but not mega bad eaither, although I did fall off the wagon big time lest night but am being extra good today to make up for it. Also, aint been to the gym since last wednesday but going tonight and will go every day for the rest of this week.

I have 18 weeks until my holidays and want to lose about another 3 stone. Do you think I can do this if I work hard at the gym?

Well, I was off work Monday and Tuesday with a horrendous bladder infaction. My god it's an awful feeling. Have you guys ver had one? I hope I never have to experience it agan haha.

Well, my microwave just pinged so lunch is up. WW meal and vedge as usual. I'm famished.

Hi, how is everyone? Have you all had a lovley weekend? Mine hasbeen quiet but nice. The Adonis and I had a weekend in but a few drinks and takeaways (oops). Back to being mega good now though. I lost 2.5 lb last week so am chuffed to bits. Just hope I didnt undo all the hard work over the weekend. I need to start being better on a weekend like if I'm to get down to a size 10 for my holiday.

Well, I have some big news... Not sure if I have mentioned this yet already of not... But latley the Adonis has mentioned us moving in together and this weekend he said he really really wants me to and he loves me more than anything and it all feels so right, so I'm going to rent my place out and make the move :eek:) We both very excited about it. Jus gonna have to re-decorate my place a little bit, find a tennant, then I can move in with him. I'll keep you posted. Watch this space.

I know, I'm sooo chuffed hehe.

Wey man, I went to one of these boot camp sessions last night and today I can bearly walk. My legs are getting stiffer and stiffer as the day is going on. When I lower myself to the loo I scream out in pain haha, so I guess I wont be at the gym tonight. Hope to get back tomorow. My next boot camp session is on Thursday. An hour of squats, leg lifts and sit ups, etc.

Well, just thought I'd quickly pop on here to share my boot camp experience but must get back to wrk for now xxx
 
Ohhhhh, Boot Camp !! They are popular here, with people having to turn over a massive tractor tyre and other grueling activities!! That will kick you into shape!! You are brave to have a go....I'm a big old scared thing, plus I hate exercise, apart from walking and swimming.....gee, can't imagine why I'm still chubby !!

Giant smoothie for lunch, in exactly 8 mins.....can't wait!!
