Morning Lasses Has Jack Frost come out to play where you live? Its bloomin freezing here this morning.
Vicklee - Really try not to beat yourself up about having an off week. We all do it. You just gotta make sure you get back on it ASAP and dont let a bad week turn into a bad month, etc, etc. When is your next weigh in again? Its close to mine isnt it? Mine is next Wed. Lets make a pact and be super good until weigh in. Easier said then done I know. Did you get up to much at the weekend hun?
Liliaimee - Thats the spirit!!!! hehe. Keep that way of thinking up and you'll amaze yourself. What was the bootcamp like overall then? Do you think it worked? They do one close to where I live so may have to try it sometime. Slimming world is canny good. I done it a few year back (although onoly for 2 weeks) but lost almost a stone in the first two weeks and I ate loads. The Adoni's sister is doing Slimming world and has lost 6 stone now. Shge look fab and she eats quite alot too.
Rosyro - Oooooh, you are gonna have to get some cheeky piccys of your fella's six pack up on here hehehehe. Are you guys going on holiday this year? And why is it most blokes can eat tonnes and never put weight on? Sooooo unfair indeed. Hehe, I shed a tear or two at the Bigest Loser like. Amazing!!!! PS, thanks for the compliemnt on the Adonis hehe. I'll have to get some better ones of him actually looking at the camera. He hates his photo taken though. He totally reminds me of Warren off Hollyoaks. Do you watch that?
Elm - How ya doing me dear? Hows the job hunting? Just take it in your stride and the right job will come along. Oh yeah, the pics of the Adonis are in my albums. It was off my mates engagement party a few weeks ago.
Wildtrapeez - Hey, half a pound is still half a pound. Like half a bag of sugar. It's still good and its still a loss. Yes, we should all do a March challange. Mine is to try and get down to 12st 7 by 28th March (my 30th). I think that may be a little ambitious though so I'm giving myself a buffer of 12st 10. So thats 6-9 pounds I wanna lose this month. Better get my finger out. How about you?
Well, yesterday was a 'hungry' day, like I expected, and last night after I had my tea I sat with ants in my pannts trying to stop myself from popping round to the shop (I live right behind all the shops and takeaways where I live you see) to buy chocolate. At 8pm I kind of gave in, but instead of going to the shop for binge food, I finished my leftover off my tea which I was going to bring in for my dinner today hehe. So all in all I didnt do too bad. Here is what I had:
TUESDAY
Musli with skimmed milk (250 cals)
Beans on Toast (350 cals)
2 and a half plums (80 cals)
2 chocolate chip cookies (small ones) (100 cals)
2 pieces of chicken wrapped in bacon, medium jacket potato and salad (800 cals)
Orange (50 cals)
Small packet chewey sweets (80 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES = 1710
I'll try and be a little better today like. It just gets sooooo daunting sometimes dosent it girls?
