Sharon's Before 50 Plan

Good morning Aqua, you gorgeous fox, love the photos they are inspirational. When you next have a fat day they'll be a fantastic reminder of how fab you are looking! Hope your viral thingy majig eases up and doesn't ruin your weekend. We've got pooey drizzly rain up here, not fun at all. How ru? X

Thanks Cookie and yes definitely need to refer to them on fat days :) will be interesting to see difference at end of journey with another 3-4 stone gone hey. Was raining here first thing but just a duller day here now. I'm burning up a little and achy but it's just par for the course. Was meant to be going out to lunch for a friends 50 th tomorrow but will have to see how I am, so annoying but hey what can you do.

Put your feet up and get cosy at home, let the OH look after you again if he's still off and hopefully you'll be feeling better later on. I quite fancy the day off myself but that's just because I feel like I'm waiting around to start. Sending you a big hug for a speedy recovery? X

Amazing difference Tracy - good to see the comparison huh, you look great too :) - great app. Look forward to seeing more. Thanks Geordie and Tasha, hubby thought they were good too, definitely helps when you can see the loss even with lots to go :). Tasha uploaded pic of meatball dish was for five of us and loads of pasta left still with tomato sauce ImageUploadedByMiniMins.com1378497550.057210.jpg

Hi Cookie. Still achy so taking it easy though just going to prep Kung Pao chicken from SW Asian cookbook. Did pop to Aldi earlier and was glad to be back home. Other than that been taking it easy. Been looking at hotels for Reims as still need to book that for week one of hols though have ferry and UK hotels booked. We'll get that sorted this weekend. Really hate viruses, make you feel rubbish and stop you in your tracks huh. Have a fab time at the weddings Cookie

Well still aching, stupid virus huh. Nibbled a bit yesterday but kept it to free foods to keep in track. Roast pork for dinner later with veg and fry light roast potatoes, hubby is home today and good with helping. At least I've still stuck to plan which I'm pleased about. Need to get the Reims hotel booked for October later, sort AA cover for car, etc. Five weeks! :) 21st celebrations for daughter, Becky, then the week in Majorca. 16th September is my son's, Chris, graduation for his first class honours degree, with champagne reception after then celebration dinner out which will be a synful day but right up until I shall stick with plan. So proud of him. So a couple of very special celebrations on the horizon for me and a very different holiday to any I have ever done with France and Majorca over 2 weeks, hope I can keep gain to minimum like you guys did (Cookie and Geordie ). In the meantime halo and plan around the graduation :)

http://www.venere.com/vacation-rentals/reims/park-suites-el-gance-reims/. Apart hotel booked for a Reims, means we can sort our own breakfasts - all helps with staying in track huh. Eight mins from where my daughter is living in Reims :)

Still in pjs - how bad is that! Think I will try to get back to work tomorrow - hubby had had virus for over a week now and still feeling rough so I think I'll feel off colour for a while yet but last few days have felt really rough. Had forest fruits, Banana and grapes with very low fat from age frais and tbsp honey for breakfast, ham omelette with tomato sauce for lunch, roast pork in menu for dinner - all good :)

Hi Aqua. Hoped you would have been a bit better today. Nothing wrong with being in your pj s its par for the course in this house most of the time! The next few weeks sound great, lots of family times and things going on. The hotel looks great. Have to say your dinner sounds lovely today. Hope you are better tomorrow. Tough to go back to work and been cheated of your weekend!

It's just a virus Geordie, we've all been getting it at work but nasty as ache all over, no energy, feel woozy, temperature, etc, much better than I was earlier. Work tomorrow for me :) will be glad to get back to normal. Been playing around with some more pics I took the other day - two with inexpensive dresses I bought for my holiday. Not sure what to wear for my son's graduation next Monday as the dresses I was considering are too big, but will sort something out - think I need to google how dressy it needs to be :)
