Hello again!
Sorry for the late post. Yes... My days have good so far. Was constantly hungry the first day 6th Dec. But sailed through. Taking this one day at a time.
I meant to report back here everyday but haven't managed to running between office and nursery drop & pick up. Hence this Saturday morning post.
So... Started at
Day 1: 12st 7lbs
Gulped through the Chocolate shake for breakfast.
Butternut squash soup for lunch
Indian spicy curry for dinner
Loads of water through the day.
Was very hungry at work...but slept well that night.
Day 2: 12st 2lbs
5lbs down!!!!
I know all of it water weight and will jump right back on during Refeed phase. Gotta be careful.
Started the day with a glass warm water followed by Chocolate shake for breakfast.
I was dreading lunch today... As I had picked the Mushroom soup. The online reviews for it weren't great... But I love mushrooms... So ordered just one pack to try... And I was soo happy... It was nice! Added lots of black pepper and it definitely hit the spot.
But I got really hungry around 3:30pm....so... I guess the Mushrooms soup isn't as filling as the Butternut one I had previously.
Got home famished at 7pm and jumped straight into the India Dal pot for dinner. Topped it with some Sriracha. Was definitely
edible. Let's leave it at that.
Day 3: and the scale reads 12st 0lbs
7lbs down.
