Got another busy day ahead, am just off to have a blood test at hospital and then some more shopping, I am exhausted just thinking about it lol...have a great day everyone xxxxxxxxxxx

You seem to live half your life in shops atm Lily lol Hope it's not too knackering for you :)

See you later, careful of vampires hanging about t'hospital xxxx

Hey ladies, didn't get to my blood test today so don't know if they were on strike or not, going tomorrow morning instead, it's not an appt just need to have one done to check my liver cos of the Acitretin, so I can really go when I want, we actually decided to go in the other direction shops wise, so tomorrow we are off to Watford and therefore can pop into the hospital as we pass.
I managed 4 hours walking today, Kirsty walks almost as fast as Mal had to remind her I may be only an inch shorter than her, but my legs are a lot shorter plus I haven't walked anywhere in over 12 years, she ahs a 34 inside leg I have 28 lol but I have a long body and I guess hers is shorter...had a lovely day just got 3 more pressies to buy and I am done..so after we finished shopping we went to Starbucks and I had a humungus Hot Chocolate, said to Kirsty I won't drink that it's way too big then promptly scoffed the lot down pronto...it was so yummy, but I did refuse the cream  Shows how long it is since I ate at places like that I got £2 out for the drinks hahaha....got very little change out of a tenner , so then we decided as we'd shopped, that we'd go have lunch, so we drove up to Miller and Carters and I had the Steak Sandwich, was going to be good and just have the steak sandwich and leave the fries but I failed miserably ooops :giggle:
Not going to beat myself up had a lovely lunch with my gorgeous daughter, something we haven't done at all, in fact we worked out that the last time we actually even went out shopping together she was 8 and she'll be 23 in April  I am so sad I missed out on all that with her but again can't change it so am going to make up for it now hopefully.....she was so lovely, wouldn't let me carry anything, kept telling me how proud she was of me and how well I was doing and even made me take a rest on a couple of occasions cos she said she didn't want me overdoing it ...so I had a lovely day and tomorrow I get to do it all again with both my daughters...am really looking forward to it and will probably have lunch out again, not aiming to lose this week as it's my anniversary Sunday too, so decided a couple of weeks ago if I was going to do this it would be this week :D:
The best thing about today was that I was expecting to spend a lot more than I did so I am really happy.
Hope you all had a lovely day too, but I am shattered so I am going to head to my bed and try and get some decent sleep tonight, god knows I feel like I could sleep for a month lol
Nighty night all sweet dream :zz: xxxxxxx

I agree with BB sounds like you had a lovely day with your daughter you don't need to beat yourself up about having a lovely time, you get to do it all over again tomorrow fantastic. :D

I am thinking on the same lines lily, going to go with the flow, enjoy myself when we go out and about not thinking to much about sw but not going overboard, even if I only lose 0.5lb each week I would of enjoyed myself on the running up to Christmas, January is a new year when we can all start to lose bit time. xx

Get a good nights sleep :zz:and have a lovely day tomorrow oh and goodluck at the hospital xxx

Morning ladies, really quick hello and I am gone lol
I am shattered all this walking and shopping ...I forgot how knackering it is lol
I am just about to walk out the door for my blood test, :fingerscrossed: they come back ok, don't want them saying I can't take the tabs now that I seem to have got the levels just right, hands are good and feet aren't too bad either *touch wood*...don't want to jinx myself lol
Got some lovely things for our anniversary on Sunday and was showing Mal he liked them and we had a little :giggle: too...which hasn't happened in a while....so off out with my lovely girls today.
Will catch you all later, be good :bighug: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Evening ladies, well I am all shopped out.....until Sunday or maybe Saturday, we'll see....I am totally knackered, had another lovely day with both my girls this time and had lunch out again too....I have spent the last 2 days eating what I want but walking my butt off and have got all but 2 small pressies and 1 main one and then I am totally done...made the girls pick their main pressies as I have their smaller ones but they not getting any of them till xmas day lol...both asked could they have them now :p:p a definite NO there :giggle:
Kelly picked out a lovely warm gilet, said she has a coat but sometimes just likes not to have sleeves so that's her done and Kirsty picked the cutest 3 piece pyjama set, fleece bottoms and jacket with a lovely little ribbed vest, which was exactly the same price as Kelly's gilet ...doesn't matter how old they get I still spend exactly the same on one as I do the other, no arguments then lol
Also treated myself to a lovely comfy new pair of boots and a couple of tops....walked all round the shop picking up things I liked and telling Kirsty to get Dad to buy them, so as soon as he walked in she dragged him out again ...that's my girl :giggle:
Got a few things left to wrap, done 90% of my Christmas food shopping too...I can now sit back and relax. Totalled up everything I'd spent and as usual it's a lot more than I intended but hey ho it's only once a year ...thank heavens :8855:

Tilly yes I do hun I missed out on too much time shopping with my daughters...I struggled a little today with the walking, may have done too much over the last few days, but a hot bath and my feet up (Mark's cooking dinner) and I am fine and really really happy.
On the minus side, was going to pop in the hospital for blood tests at 2 cos Kelly said it's a lot quieter that time and this time I don't have to have a fasting test, and totally forgot ......still no real rush don't have to see her for the results till February, Kelly says she will take me next week, that's cool with me ...hope you've all had a lovely day xxxx

So pleased you had a lovely time with your lovely daughters, you can just relax now and enjoy the build up to christmas, bliss. xx

Isn't it always the way...I knew something was going to happen today, every time I turned around I saw 1 Magpie = Sorrow, well I just found out what it is ....Kelly my eldest is sitting at A&E...god knows how long she'll be there...long story short 3 years ago Kelly had her first Grand Mal Epileptic Fit (She has had epilepsy all her life but up until 3 years ago it was Petit Mal, so no fitting), on Christmas Day, it was awful had seen others but never dreamt it would happen to my baby, anyway since then she has had to endure numerous operations and hospital visits because she managed to fall during the fit and pulled both her shoulder joints out of their sockets. Thankfully her left one went back in and has never given her any more problems, but the right one (due to a misdiagnosis by a Locum at the hospital) was left out and hanging for 5 days until she could bare the pain no more and went to another hospital who put it back in immediately....but because it was out so long it caused her major tissue and muscle damage. Anyway 18 months ago they operated to pin the shoulder, they were going to put in 4 pins as it kept popping out every time she did anything, but when they went in there wasn't enough muscle for them to attach the pins so they only managed to put 1 pin in and with physio it seemed to be ok, until tonight and now it has popped out again, I am really gutted for her, they were talking last time about bringing tissue or muscle (can't remember which) forward and attaching it to that in an op, but this will mean she has to be fully opened up which she was hoping to avoid, last couple of times they operated it was by keyhole surgery....We are having the kids tonight and possibly until further notice...The really weird thing is as we were walking back to the car today a man passed us with a sling on his arm a proper surgery sling and Kelly said that's the kind of sling I should have had last time I dislocated my shoulder and had to keep it up....talk about jinxing herself.
Well I am off to make the kids bed up
Will catch you all later xxx

Update on Kelly's shoulder, I had assumed it was the shoulder that she had the ops on but it seems it was the other one, 1st time it's popped out since she had the accident 3 years ago...apparently that time it popped out backwards and went back in easily, this time it has popped out forwards, she has had all the x-rays etc and is just (midnight) going down to have it reinserted, she refused to have it put back with gas and air and has asked to be knocked out, hoping to hear soon how she is getting on..apparently she was in the middle of her kick boxing class and of all things she was doing a star jump when it popped out, luckily the class is on the same road as the hospital, so they were able to get her there within minutes, but it's now taken 4 hours so far ....I won't sleep till I hear what's going on, have asked my son in law to text me no matter what time that is, when they get out of the hospital xxx

ohhh lily your poor daughter i hope they manage to sort it out, it must be sooooooo painful
:bighug:hugs for you all xxx

Thanks Mandy, I really feel for her, in the last 3 years her shoulder has popped out about a dozen times, all be it the other one ...It was horrible that Christmas Day that it first happened, she was just about to put the pan in the oven to put the roast on when she had the Grand Mal fit, luckily the oil in the pan was cold, but it went everywhere she was covered in it poor love and was fitting on the kitchen floor, but on the way down she hit her right shoulder on the door jamb, that then spun her round and she hit her left shoulder on the other door jamb, before falling face forward on the floor, she had bruises all over her face for weeks after...the right shoulder popped out going forward and the left shoulder popped out going back and it's the left shoulder that's come out tonight...I will never forget that day, she was in absolute agony, her kids were frightened and we had a house full of family too....it's the most horrible site in the world watching your child fit and then be in such agony from the aftermath and not be able to help them, I couldn't even cuddle her as her arms were such a mess and so painful. They only just in July discharged her from the hospital and said they thought her shoulders were stable enough for her to return to work...typical.
I am guessing she'll be back on the painkillers, they space her out they are so strong and she will be in a sling for a few weeks too I would imagine, and probably have to start physio again. She'll hate that, more than anything she loves her car (she is a car enthusiast and her and her hubby buy run down fords and rebuild them and go to all the shows too, her car is fabulous I'll have to show you a picture it's immaculate and it's a T reg...lots of hard work and care gone into it, and Like I said she will hate more than anything the fact that she won't be able to drive
I'll update on her progress when I hear more xxx
