Well I did finally go (at last!!), which was a blessed relief to say the least. Not feeling much like eating today (which I expect is partly to do with the bloating), so am probably going to stick to beans on toast or something for dinner. A little bit of comfort food might make the world of difference.

Morning all. I'm feeling much better this morning. Had thought I was just off my food due to being a bit depressed, but I'm thinking I must have come down with a 24-hour bug yesterday as well. I had had to head off to bed around 6...I was just aching everywhere, felt incredibly nauseous whenever I stood up, and had to force myself to eat the beans on toast. That's very much unlike me to not want to eat!

Feeling well enough to head to work, though, partly as it's going to be a quiet one today. Working somewhere I've never been before, and I'm told it's practically deserted...so I'm looking forward to just relaxing a bit. Bit apprehensive about the alarm (I've a bit of a phobia about alarms!), but I'll get over that soon enough.

Diary will go up later, as I've no idea what I'm eating yet...heading to ASDA before work, and am thinking I'll get macaroni cheese. Got a bit of a craving for that this morning.
 
They didn't have the WW mac & cheese in ASDA, so I've got what I suppose is meant to be carbonara instead. It's meat, but I'll deal with that.

Food looks fab Simon! Toilet troubles are never fun, try a sugar free energy drink as caffeine speeds up your digestive system and can help things move along when they decide to slow down/

Thanks. :) Apart from being annoyed and a bit embarrassed due to the computer system at work (it shouldn't be allowed to play up and make me look like an idiot!! :p), I'm feeling much better tonight. Still not in the mood for anything heavy to eat, but I'm glad that my toilet issues seems to be behind me. Never been happier to use the loo! lol.
 
Must admit that I really enjoyed the Quorn mini eggs...made such a nice change, and the first time I'd had anything like a scotch egg since I started to cut out meat. Love scotch eggs, so was very nom!

I've been thinking. As some may be aware I had testicular cancer during my late teens, and I think next year for male cancer awareness week that I'd like to do something to raise a little money for Orchid (a male cancer charity). Not sure what to do yet, especially as I'm about as sporty as a snail with a limp...but sure that can think of something, as I'd really like to do something. :)

Afternoon all. I'll update my diary I get home from work, as we're having computer problems at work and I can't get into my email or eSource at the moment. Or rather I can, but it's taking about 6 weeks to try and do anything.

Bit annoyed over work matters and office politics today, to be honest. Not going into it in details, but don't really want the stress of it all. Be glad when it comes to time off!

Morning all. Well the scales have made me very happy this week, with a massive 3.5lb loss. Hadn't been expecting that to be honest, but am over the moon with it as apart from being a big loss it pushed me nicely under the 19-stone mark...which is a barrier I've been trying to break back into ever since I first dieted coming up to four years ago! Thrilled to have finally got there. ^_^

The work stuff should come out fine in the end, I hope. It's just another one of those office politics situations really, that I never quite manage to get my head around. lol. Slow Internet is incredibly annoying, though...especially when you're relying on it to be able to do your job. Hopefully it's solved by now, or I'm going on strike. lolol.

Thanks all. :) Nothing more motivating, really, than finally hitting a mini-goal you've been trying so so long to reach. Next mini-goal is in sight...3.25lb until 10%. :)
