I have support on it but it is sore still, being a nurse doesnt bode well with a poorly ankle, i spend my whole shifts walking around on it, i need an office job haha !!!
Sugar free cakes - made by my friend ... delicious, she doesnt add sugar into the mix, just artifical sweetners :flirt2:

Well, im proper chuffed today .... after sticking at a weight or putting on .... ive lost half a pound ..... but ive also eaten all my weeklies this week to see if it makes any difference ... and it has ..... eeeeee .. i Know its only half a pound, but if im loosin weight wen i eat all my points than wen im not, then waaheeeeyyyy !!! plus, ive nearly lost 5kgs now .... woop !!

You seem to be doing really well (even though I know _you_ think its a bit slow). I'm doing this at home too like yourself! Doesn't look like you use much weekly points sometimes?? I'm a bit scared to touch mine at the mo in case I eat my weight in chocolate at the weekends lol... Do you find much difference at WI if you eat your weeklies?

Hey there, stalk away ... defoo try the pitta pizza, they are AMAZING !!!!

To be honest, from the start i never ate all my weeklies, but then i stopped loosing weight and couldnt understand why ..... so the last week i just ate all my weeklies and actually lost weight, so i would jiggle your weeklies around and see if your body needs them, i recon its kicked started my metabolism eating them all ...... how are you doing weight wise? do you lose every week?!! xxxxxx
