ProPoints SIMPLY FILLING DIARY ... So close to goal ......

Re weighed myself this morning, i lost another 2lb ??? yesterday i was 9stone 8, now im 9stone 6 ..... is it normal to loose weight after a night out, i only used 16points of weeklies on alcohol and used the rest of my dailies for somethin to eat after my night out .......
 
No I don't lose every week. :( Sometimes I would lose 2lbs, but then I might sts for couple weeks in a row, ya know? So I never know whether I'm eating too much or too little lol? My fella seems to want to make me feel guilty everytime I have a treat too - sigh... can be hard to do this alone sometimes lol!

Id try eating all your weeklies, i clearly wasnt eating enough so my metabolism slowed down, wen u eat a little more, it speeds up again ..... and tell your fella to shusshhhh, ww is a lifestyle, diets are usually faddy, whereas this one is somethin u could probably cope with on a day to day basis ..... if you want any help, you know where i am xxxxxx

Hahaha I'll make sure and tell him... We all need our vices after all! Him eating his half pounder and chips telling me I shouldn't be eating my choccie... Evil man lol!! Thanks chick, much appreciated! XxxX
 
Typical man !! My fella did it at first, but 9lb later obvously he was wrong to tell me off for havin a well deserved munch :flirt2: Just go out and have a meal with your weeklies, then you wont feel as bad compared to eating it in bits ? xxxxx

Second person to say it! That's it! I'm off to get a WW lemon cheesecake for a treat hehe!!
So dya think I shouldn't spread the weeklies out during the week, just have a treat at the weekend is better is it? X

I'm having a very "sweet tooth" day myself here, cravings are crazy!
I got the cheesecakes in dunnes stores there the other night, they're 5 points each. Hmm I'll try one week spreading them out and another week where I save em for weekend and see if there's any difference I suppose lol, trial and error ;) x

I second what Carly says, deffo use your weeklies or your gunna end up gettin fed up and giving up .... grab 1 or 2 cheesecakes now ....... :rolleyes: haha

I have like 45 weeklies left this week lol... Don't think I can eat all those tonight. Next weeks a new week though hehe :)

Agh, my scales were nasty today too Carly, frickin sucks :( keep up the good work though!

You need to lock them scales away missy, you'll end up getting addicted to weighing yourself .... glad to hear its come down alot :flirt2:
