Curly wurlys are delish though hehe. Is it those "rich choc desserts" you can get... Beside the yogurts? The skinny cow ice creams are low pp and feel naughty, last longer than a curly wurly too hehe!

hi Claire I take it the cupcakes are a bought mix you make yourself ...haven't seen them but will look out I love cupcakes and make...used to make all the time but the recipe i use has white chocolate in them and I'm sure will be very high in points ....must actually point them just to see lol x

Yup, you can buy the mix from Home bargains/quality saves :cool: cheap and looooverrrly

went to that 2 for a tenner pub ... had a 5oz sirloin steak salad with wholemeal pitta which i pointed at 11 points (7 for steak, 4 for pitta) was looovely, would recommend

gravy .. 1
veg .. 0

Claires single pot cottage pie .. 9 (125g xtra lean mince with onions, pepper, carrots in an oxo stock cube with 200g mashed potatoe and swede ) ... This just need to go into my oven now to bake .... Mmmmm .. and im going to add some grated cheese ontop to finish its wonderment off ... LOL:rolleyes:

.. Then im off swimming for an hour around half 8 ... earn some ap's .....

I should have also weighed myself today but with being on an 8-8 at work i didnt have time to this morning, so will weigh tomo morn ... :eek:

I lost ONE AND A HALF pounds ... WOOOOP! thats ace for me as i either STS or loose half a pound ... waaheeeey!! xxxx
 
PLus i just noticed that im half way there now .... think its 11lb to loose and ile be a laaavely 8 & 1/2 stone :flirt2: Bikini here i comes :bliss:

Ive been makin myself drink 1.5litres of water/sugarfree juice a day & i take herbal water balance pills to get rid of the retention from dehydration ... plus i play 40mins of netball where im the centre, i swim a mile a week and do a 3/4mile run too every other week ........ i also eat every single one of my weeklies now, at first i didnt as i was worried i was eating too much but that soon wore off :rolleyes: lol .... And here i am ... i started off at 10 stone 2 .... which is prob one of my heaviest weights as im a teeny 5ft1 so it doesnt do justice to my BMI .... just stick to your points and eat all your weeklies and drink fluids everyday and you'll be on to a winner :cool:
 
Lol I'm 5ft 6in and if I was 10 and a half stone I'd be delighted heehee :D
Yeah its just I STS this week and got a bit disheartened, hoping for a loss next week maybe. I'm trying to drink more water but whenever I drink a lot I tend to get really bloated? Annoying. I've had v.little time for exercise as just been very busy at work etc. but hoping to get more in now over summer *sigh*
Keep it up chick, you're doing great. You look great in your photo there *jellin'* hehe :) x

Ohhh bless ya, Thanks!! try those herbal balance pills ... they make u wee lots :flirt2: ... Im mainly loosing weight for my health, i have type1 diabetes, high blood pressure & kidney disease .... so not only am i willing on a bikini body .. im aiming for a healthy body ... ohh dear hehe! Keep at it, STS is soooo much better than putting on i say :cool: i went thru a crap patch where i sts or put on for a whole month then i started to eat more n lost the weight, its weird isnt it hehe xxxx
