6 meringues = 6 syns ( with a ww toffee yogurt & banana )

Hey, theres looooads of cool free stuff !!! Ive estimated a bottle of prosecco at 27 syns .... which you could just use two days worth of syns for ;);) bargain !!!

Sounds good, I've decided to WI and measure in a month and I'm gonna asses from the outcome of that. Did u get all the books etc, does it make sense now?

Oh cool, good idea !!

Yep, now i have the books, etc it all makes perfect sense ... its great !!!! I also have online access to all products that have syns in ... etc ...... xxx

I downloaded an app for SW and there was a trial menu on there which had 3 daily meals on there then snacks for the day it looked quite good:)

Cooool ... Yeah coz sonetimes id class saturday as me cheat day with it being weekend ;) ... Im not guna go back to wi at the classes .... I dunno if id want to part with a fiver a week .... Lol xxxxxxx

Slimming world chilli con carne (free food)
boiled rice (free food)
Fat free plain yogurt (free food)
salad (super free)

Snacks
4 mini meringues (4 syns)
ww vanilla yogurt (free food)
strawberries & banana (super free)

Oooh brilliant - I'm very much considering trying SW when i hit a plateau (which im predicting will be within my last stone)! All the free foods are brilliant too. I think i read that scotch crumpets and sweetcorn are free which is amazing!

And was this all free?! It seems most non-packaged things are free..

Yep all free! some packaged foods are free ... pasta n sauce's, mugshots, batchelors savoury rices ;);) great for when you havent got the time to be stood in the kitchen for hours
