i noticed!! I may miss my sweets and takeaways tho'!! Seems you can eat more of the unhealthy stuff on WW!

Im good- was going to have blood tests done today because ive been feeling really weak and shaky with low bp and i did end up blacking out at work but im lifeguard training later so im not allowed to have it done until tomorrow which is rubbish

eek not good, my friend fainted on poolside as the thermostat was broken so the temp was up to 36 n the manager had said that the lifeguards weren't allowed to sit down, as a result she fainted, this was in october n she's not been on pool since :/ eek hope you'll be ok ... do you do training once a month?

Yeah i suppose you could save a certain amount of syns for sweet stuff- i'd be using half of mine for that!!
The thing that confuses me, is that i read some things, like bread (i think) aren't Syn free but are also counted as Healthy extras - Do you still syn food when its a healthy extra?
No if you are doing EE you get one HEX A and B per day and 2 of each on Green and Red you don't count the syns in them.
