2 ww yogurts = 2 ............................. 18

Tea
Pitta pizza (pitta spread with brown sauce, 50g mozerella, ham, s/corn, peppers & mushrooms) = 8
slice of syrup cake = 3 ........................ 29

Snacks
snack a jacks = 3
2 ww yogurts = 2
Mini cheddars = 3
Kinder hippo = 3 ........................ 40

(used 11 from my weeklies as i have LOADS left .... got 22 left now :cool: )

AP's earnt = 10

Hahaaa, i no ... i have a 'cadburys star bar' in the fridge waiting for me for saturday .. oooo and a 'grab bag' pack of wotsits too .... I had a cadburys fudge today and it was amazing!!!! I put one in my hubby's lunch box and he just phoned me to tell me how much he enjoyed it he's not on WW but really enjoyed it. I love wotsits!!!!!

Does water honestly help with bloating? I've just had to take some sennokot coz of bloating it's my WI tomorrow and I look and feel pregnant :(

Awwh hon... I'm not sure? I've felt bloaty for 2 weeks now really. Maybe my body needs to get used to the extra water? Then again I lost 2lb last week even though I was looking and feeling pregnant! Ya never know. I haven't taken anything like that since I started... Afraid to nearly lol. X

Grab bag is a big bag ... about 5p ....

Water does help usually as it makes u wee lots to help with flushing your system ... altho i always take 2 dulcolax the day before w.i as i have IBS and it doesnt go down well some weeks so i spend a lot of my days bloated n uncomfortable ...
