Eaaaaat it !! esp if you have weeklies, this diet is trial n error, if you gain this week then your obviously not suppose to eat all your weeklies, but from about 90% of ppl on here, eating all their weeklies equals a loss .. so dont feel guilty ... (if im feelin guilty - i add up calories consumed in a day .. it never goes over 1800 and you need to eat over 2000 to gain weight)
