Do you struggle at the weekends Claire or still normally under you dailies?
i want to loose about the same amount as you and thus far, this is how i've done
week 1 - 2.5lbs
week 2 +0.5lbs
week 3 - 1.5lbs
week 4 STS
week 5 STS
week 6 + 0.5lbs
week 7 - 2lbs
week 8 STS
week 9 STS
week 10 didnt go
week 11 - 0.5lbs
so you can see its been a verrrrrrrrrrry slow progress so far, i just want a consistant 1lbs per week, but just cant seem to get it
