So 6points left for chocolate ... weigh in tomo but i got a bad feelin aint lost :(

Dya no, i wish id have measured myself at the start of the bloody diet , as i have nowt to compare to ... i can tell in my clothes that ive lost weight .... Maybe i should measure myself now and use that for when i dont loose?

Heeheee. taaar !! Well i did my netball ... i dunno much about exercise points, i never use them but it just be nice to know how many ive accumalated ..

Anyway, i had 7 points left so i had
a warburton thin sanwich thingy with ham = 4
& a mini time out finger and 2 small rich tea fingers for 3 ..... thats the magical number of 29 ..... :flirt2:

Cheeers, well i play centre too and its for 40mins non stop ... so basically im sprinting for 40mins :cool: .. im always cream crackered after anyway, so it must be good eh :rolleyes:
