Todays diary ...

Milk .. 3

Breakfast
eggs on toast .. 6 ....... = 9

Dinner
campbells condensed chicken soup .. 4
mini crinkly cheddars .. 3 ..................= 16

Tea
chicken curry (made in the slow cooker) & rice .. 10 ........................................= 26

3pp left & 4 weeklies so 7 left ... prob have some wotsits = 3 & some mini cookies = 3 .... and could stretch to an hot choccy too ..... = 7 ... and the end of another week in pro points .... weight in tomo :eek::rolleyes:

Scales say ive stayed the bloody same !!!! altho my intention is to change that as im knockin back the fluids today .... fingers crossed for a half off by sunday :D:cool:
It must be coz im eating my activity points ....... so i dont think i will this week to see if it changes anything ......
 
I never noticed you eating APs? Thought it was just weeklies lol. Yeah mine showed a .5 loss (which is really last weeks loss if you remember back) so knocked back some water and went for a 6km walk and now scales say 1lb loss ;) I'm sure you'll be good by tomorrow. I think I may need some of your dulcolax though haha!! X

Yeah ive only tried it a week or two now ..... and ive stayed the same every week - its all trial and error like i say ........ i earn like 20ap's a week - and not to mention the many steps i take in a week at work .... everyone else on here eats theres n looses - clearly im not suppose to eat mine - even tho i must burn some bad ass calories a week ......... which is rubbish !!! ... so even tho ive earnt 18ap's this week ile have to leave them to see if i loose any more next week .. and if i dont im guna go back to eating them:rolleyes: !!!!!! HAHA

Too right! Trial and error for sure! I don't even calculate my APs. I did a 6km walk there. Just brisk stroll though, not exactly powerwalking. Dunno what AP that'd even be lol!! I'm surprised you STS? I say try again tomorrow and see if there's a difference? You do a lot of activity, lot more than me like!! xx

Im so active im rarely at home in the evenings ... i work then go straight to netball or zumba or swimming ... and i still bloody sts .... :mad::mad: .. Maybe im building muscles rather than fat now ... altho its still pretty annoyin !!!

Maybe i should try a week without exercise, bet id prob loose HAHA:rolleyes:
 
You know you prob would lose without exercise. And your prob right about the muscles too hon! You are gonna be sooo toned with all that activity hon. how do you calculate APs anyways?? xx

Do you have the little purple book ? or did u do ww yourself from home?
basically theres a table where it has your weight on one side then
low, moderate and high impact exercise with how many minutes you did .... for example ... Im classed at 9stone7 .. i do 40 minutes of high impact exercise in netball and i earnt 5 ap's .........

think theres a catergory thing where
if you couldnt sing, you breathe heavily and sweat within 10minutes of exercise its classed as high impact ... so your walk you did would be classed as low impact - then it depends on how long you exercised for ..... if you tell me your weight and how long, i can find out how many you earnt xxxx

And yeah your prob right :rolleyes: lol

It was an hour and a half hon. I'm 11st 10lb now (still have a way to go lol...) X 3AP or so... Maaaaybe?

Wow Claire 9st 7 is my target weight, I'm 12.6 at the mo! I'm doubtful thar I'll ever achieve that.

Mrsm - Im actually 9stone 5.5 (the ap calculator asks for nearest half stone) ... but for a 5ft1 midget its actually a lil overweight:sigh: ... my target is 8stone7 ... feels like i have a lifetime before i will achieve it .. i was suppose to be that by the middle of sept - lookin less likely by the week ... and of course you will get there, you have determination ... thats the magical power :cool::D
 
I'm a 5ft 3 midget so I know how you feel:)
I think my "ideal" weight is less but after having 2 kids I think my body might look silly and saggy so I'm gonna try for 9,7.

Jaysus you're both going really light lol. If I get to 10 and a half stone I'll be happy. That's about a size 10 for me :p xx
