Ive managed to not eat any since friday and its actually killing meeeee ..... Ive been snacking on rich tea fingers and its giving me the sugar crave but not the creamy chocolate crave ............. What we like eh?!!! Maybe we shouldnt be chattin chocolate, its not really helping is it?!! Haha ........ :flirt2:
Ooooo, i have one in my fridge ready for moments when i need to be filled up with fizz than chocolate good arent they? .......... Im off for a 4mile run soon .......... maybe i can sneak some choco in?!!! Hmmmmm .....
Its been a couple of days now and im not doing too bad, if im honest .. im running soon, just awaiting my fella home then im off ..... because im not saving them points for the evening my diets going better, im havin more points at meal times and having lower fat snacks if needed ..... i might do it every other week and see if it helps ..... obviously i will see if cutting out works on my w.i ...... fingers crossed eh ... how you gettin on?!!
